CAPABLE, TURBOCHARGED, ONLY 9,200 MILES, ONE-OWNER, NO-ACCIDENT, NONSMOKER, SMALL TRUCK, BIG AMBITIONS! When the 2022 Ford Maverick arrived, it reminded America how useful a right-sized pickup can be, and this Lariat shows the idea at its most polished. Finished in Ford's distinctive Area 51 with a Desert Brown interior and showing just under 9,300 miles, this one-owner truck was ordered with the punchy 2.0L EcoBoost engine rather than the standard powertrain. It pairs top-trim comfort with genuinely lively performance. It's the kind of truck that fits into a crowded parking garage on Tuesday and hauls mulch, bikes, or a weekend's worth of camping gear on Saturday. With low miles, a clean history, and a thoughtfully chosen set of options, this Maverick is ready to become your everyday favorite. Why Shoppers Buy This Model The Maverick revived a segment many buyers thought was gone for good: the affordable, easy-to-live-with compact pickup. Built on a car-like unibody platform, it drives more like a comfortable crossover than a traditional truck, with a smooth ride, easy maneuverability, and a low step-in height that makes daily errands effortless. At the same time, it delivers real pickup utility. The clever FLEXBED is designed to be customized, the four-door cabin seats five adults, and the compact footprint slips into tight city spaces that full-size trucks simply can't manage. That rare mix of practicality, efficiency, and value is why the Maverick became one of the most in-demand vehicles in America almost overnight. Automotive Press and Industry Recognition Reviewers embraced the Maverick from the start, praising its smart packaging, comfortable ride, easy-to-use technology, and inventive bed design, all at a price that undercuts most of the pickup market. Critics also noted that the optional 2.0L EcoBoost gives the Maverick a noticeably sportier, more energetic character. The most common critiques center on some hard interior plastics, a reasonable trade-off at this price point. 2022 North American Truck of the Year Kelley Blue Book 2022 Best Buy Award: Best New Model Kelley Blue Book 2022 Best Buy Award: Compact Pickup Truck Green Car Journal 2022 Green Truck of the Year Car and Driver 10Best for 2023 (first-generation Maverick) Warranty The odometer is hovering around the 9,282-mile mark, CARFAX shows a history of regular oil changes, and this Maverick is STILL COVERED by the factory. Standard Features The Lariat sits at the top of the Maverick lineup, and it's the trim for buyers who want their compact pickup to feel genuinely upscale. Desert Brown ActiveX seating surfaces look and feel premium while wiping clean easily, the driver enjoys an 8-way power seat, and dual-zone automatic climate control lets front passengers set their own comfort. Everyday convenience steps up as well. Intelligent Access with push-button start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power-sliding rear window, LED headlamps with signature lighting, and 18'' bright aluminum wheels all come standard, giving the Lariat a more refined feel inside and out than the XL and XLT trims below it.
