This 2007 Lexus IS250, has just under 55,000 original miles and has been regularly serviced and carefully maintained. It has been an exceptionally reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable car to own, with the outstanding handling, build quality, and dependability that Lexus is known for. It is a Southern California non-smoker car with clean title, in excellent mechanical condition. The vehicle history report shows 3 owners. As explanation, our long-time elderly next-door neighbor was the first owner having purchased the car new in 2007. My wife and I are the only other owners having acquired the car after our neighbor could no longer drive. The exceptionally low mileage is because the initial owner as well as us are all seniors who drive very little compared with the general population. The car has been driven on average only 3,000 miles per year. The Lexus has been meticulously serviced and maintained and we have been proactive in keeping the car safe and in top condition. For example, air quality in the Los Angeles area was negatively affected by the Palisades 2025 fire. Although the Lexus was not in the immediate burn area or damaged, we nonetheless promptly replaced filters, lubricants and other elements to ensure the care was clean and safe. We had a backup camera and blind spot warning lights installed to enhance visibility and safety. Cosmetically, the car shows normal minor wear consistent with its age, including a few light scratches. The only areas a perfectionist might choose to improve with paint correction or repainting are some light paint scratches on the rear bumper and near the front wheel well. These cosmetics are reflected in the last 2 ad photos. We are selling only because we have decided to purchase a newer vehicle equipped with the latest driver assist technology and safety features important to us as senior drivers.
