*1999 Mercury Cougar V6 Only 63,000 Original Miles Clean, Fun &amp; Exceptionally Well Kept* I bought this Cougar because I genuinely love these cars. Unfortunately, I'm relocating and only have room for one vehicle, so as much as I'd like to keep it, I must rehome it. With just *63,000 original miles*, this is an exceptionally well-kept example that drives beautifully. The V6 runs smoothly, the transmission shifts perfectly, and it's simply a fun car to drive. It has a solid, planted feel on the road with responsive steering that gives it a personality you don't find in many modern cars. Recent improvements include: * Bluetooth stereo w/ hands-free calling &amp; microphone * New speakers with excellent sound * Window tint with a tinted windshield brow * Air conditioning repaired &amp; blowing cold The car has been very reliable, starts every time, and is comfortable enough to daily drive while still turning heads. Full disclosure, the driver's seat has some rips and wear. I looked into having it repaired, but matching the original material well is difficult, so I chose to leave it alone. It feels perfectly comfortable and functions exactly as it shouldit just doesn't photograph as nicely as the rest of the car. The interior is otherwise well preserved, and the mileage is incredibly low for a 1999. These Cougars are becoming harder to find, especially in unmodified, well-maintained condition. If you're looking for something unique, dependable, and genuinely enjoyable to drive, I think you'll love this Cougar as much as I have. *Test drives are welcome* with cash (or proof of funds) and a valid driver's license and insurance. For everyone's protection, I'd be happy to meet at the mechanic of your choice within about 10 miles of downtown New Braunfels for a pre-purchase inspection, or at a Chase Bank, where payment can be safely completed and verified.
