1GBJG31U951********** Chevy Express 3500 This is a 2005 Mid-Bus Guide built on a 2005 Chevy Express 3500 Cutaway chassis. I purchased this bus in Texas in 2023 with about 13,000 miles. It has the 6.0L LQ4 engine with 4L80E transmission, both with 17,800 miles. It has almost no rust and was used by a Christian academy to shuttle kids. The great: this is a 2005 Chevy V8 powered bus and it runs really well. One of the best balances of technology and performance--a proven power train for sure. I have driven this bus close to 5,000 miles and it has always been a great ride. The bus is wired for a wheelchair lift. You could use this for your family, a business, or just to haul the kayaks to the river and go camping! The good: brand new windshield + wipers, new headlights, new clearance lights, full electrical system upgrade, brand new AGM battery, all fluids changed, electric cooling fan upgrade from PCM of NC, new Bilstein shocks installed, COLD AC, Class 4/5 trailer hitch installed with brake controller The not as good: typical General Motors paint is peeling from van cab, rear door glass was broken out and is patched with a wooden panel, could use a new set of tires, the auxiliary heat and AC were not worth repairing and have been removed. Extra/bonus: All but one of the passenger seats have been removed. The seats are included with the bus if you want to install them back. Half of the seats have a special harness seating for children. There is a twin XL Sealy memory foam mattress included with the bus and it's on top of a Leggett and Platte Basis C3 adjustable bed frame. The bed is in good shape and is very comfortable. It's covered with a mattress protector. Clean title (please disregard AutoCheck incorrectly indicating that a lien exists on this vehicle's title). No trades. Thank you!
