This vehicle was purchased new by current owner. Not involved in any accidents nor needed any body work. Stored in home garage when not in use. This has been a handy and reliable vehicle for winter driving. The engine warms up quickly and if there is rain/snow, the back windshield wiper helps to give good visibility. Various items installed by the dealer when new are: Hitch, roof rack, floor mats, splash guards, cargo tray, cargo cover, 3M hood (plastic protector). Comes with all-weather mats which can be used in place of carpet mats. New All - Season tires (4) purchased in 2024; New spare, 2024; All driven less than 5000 miles. Notes: &gt; Original &quot;Theft deterrent system&quot; is no longer functional. &gt; A/C System works but probably not as effective as it could be. It has always be adequate for me in spite of having un-tinted windows but it likely would need some maintenance for it to provide more cooling faster. &gt;Power window on driver's side works when closing window but you must hold button down until the window is all the way up. &gt; Ignition Keys - The ignition assembly had to be replaced several years ago. With 2 keys, there is now a separate key to start the car. The other (original) key to unlock the doors and back cannot be used to start the engine. Recent Maintenance/Repairs I generally have had the Honda dealer do most of the maintenance and repairs and try to have them do an overall vehicle check every fall. &gt;This spring I had the front struts (shock absorbers) replaced as well as the CV Axle assemblies for the front wheels. &lt; Last fall a new battery was installed.
