Sports Car in a box! That is how the automotive press described the rebirth of the Mini Cooper when it arrived for the 2002 model year. This is your chance to own a piece of automotive history with one of the first BMW engineered Coopers to arrive in America in the fall of 2001. This is a one owner car that is 95% original. It has been garaged kept and never driven in winter conditions like snow and ice. Tires are recent and have new depth tread. Everything on the car works like it came from the factory. Over the years a few pieces trim have been replaced that discolored, all with OEM parts, never copies. It is an automatic but it was also one of the first cars to include simulated manual shifting so it still offers a hands-on driving experience. It is marvelous to drive. Period. The only reason I am selling is that I have too many cars and it is not being driven enough. It needs someone to continue to give it great love and care and who loves to drive. This is not a daily driver, but it is one you will enjoy every day you drive it! It feels like a lot more than 115 horsepower for sure. The only flaws are in the photos. A small tear in the side panel of the driver's seat. Not on the seating surface. Also, a bad detail job rubbed paint under the hatch too hard and some body color is showing through. It is not visible when the hatch is closed and can be repainted without touching the car body itself.  With only 33,195 miles on the odometer, this British-made Mini Cooper is a stylish and reliable choice for any car enthusiast.
