I've owned this 2008 Lexus IS 250 since 2010, and it has been a dependable daily driver. Most of the 193,544 miles are highway commuting miles, and the car has been garage kept throughout my ownership. I originally planned to keep it until 300,000 miles, but recently purchased a lower-mileage vehicle from a family member, so I have decided to sell it. The car has been consistently maintained throughout my ownership. Much of the maintenance, along with factory warranty and recall work, was completed at Park Place Lexus in Plano through 2019. Park Place also replaced the dashboard and interior trim under the Lexus warranty program, so the interior remains in great condition. Features include: * Navigation * Heated &amp; ventilated tan leather seats * Power moonroof * Gray Metallic exterior * Rear-wheel drive * Two original key fobs Recent maintenance includes: * New battery-July 2026 Costco * Radiator replaced in 2025 * Oil change and multi-point inspection completed in June 2026 * Cold A/C * No warning lights The vehicle has a clean Texas title, has never been smoked in, and no pets have regularly ridden in the vehicle. As expected for an 18-year-old vehicle with nearly 194,000 miles, there are normal cosmetic imperfections, including a paint chips on the driver's door and rock chips on the hood from highway driving (see photos). A June 2026 inspection by Davenport Automotive identified a few maintenance items that may eventually need attention, including the CV axles, rear struts, and front control arms. The vehicle drives well, and I have priced it with those future maintenance items in mind. This Lexus has been a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable car that has served me well for the past 16 years. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere today.
