If you've been searching for an unmodified, ultra-low-mileage Mach 1 that has been carefully preserved rather than altered, your search may be over. Offered here is an exceptionally original 2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 finished in eye-catching Screaming Yellow with the factory black hood and rocker stripes over a black leather interior. This is a true two-owner car with an accident-free Carfax and just 7,535 original miles from new. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find New Edge Mustangs in this kind of condition, especially examples that have escaped years of modifications and abuse. Under the hood is Ford's legendary 4.6-liter DOHC 32-valve V8, topped with the unmistakable functional Shaker hood scoop and backed by the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. The combination delivers the performance, sound, and driving experience that made the Mach 1 one of the most respected Mustangs of its generation. This Mach 1 remains remarkably original throughout. The paint presents beautifully, the body is exceptionally straight, the factory wheels are in excellent condition, and the black leather interior has been wonderfully preserved with very little evidence of wear. The engine compartment is clean and factory correct, while the undercarriage reflects the careful life this Mustang has enjoyed. Everything about this car suggests responsible ownership and long-term garage storage. Recognizing that safety is just as important as originality, we replaced the original tires due solely to age. While the factory tires had very little wear, they were no longer safe to drive on after more than two decades. The new tires allow this Mach 1 to be enjoyed with confidence while preserving the car's outstanding originality everywhere else. Finding a low-mileage Mach 1 is becoming harder every year. Finding one with only 7,535 original miles, a two-owner history, a clean, accident-free Carfax, factory originality, and the desirable 5-speed manual transmission is rarer still. If you've been waiting for the right Mach 1 to add to your collection or garage, this Screaming Yellow example represents an outstanding opportunity to own one of Ford's modern muscle car icons in exceptional, unmodified condition.
