AGGRESSIVE, ICONIC, NONSMOKER, THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE AWAITS! The 2011 BMW M3 continues to represent the pinnacle of naturally aspirated M car engineering, powered by a screaming, high-revving V8 that BMW has never replicated since. As the last M3 generation before turbocharging took over, this car occupies a genuinely special place in M history, and this particular example combines the coveted Competition Package with the quick-shifting M DCT transmission. Finished in Space Gray Metallic over Fox Red Novillo leather, this M3 pairs BMW's aggressive, purposeful coupe styling with a genuinely special interior. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 revs to a screaming 8,300 rpm, delivering a soundtrack and driving experience that modern turbocharged M cars simply can't replicate. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The E92-generation M3 has earned a permanent place in enthusiast history as the last naturally aspirated V8 M3, delivering a high-revving, mechanically pure driving experience that BMW's subsequent turbocharged M cars have never quite matched. Its near-perfect weight distribution and hydraulic steering rack, the last of its kind in an M3, give it a level of steering feedback that modern electric power steering systems still struggle to replicate. Buyers specifically seek out this generation for its screaming S65 V8, an engine that BMW itself has said may never be repeated given modern emissions requirements. Rather than simply chasing horsepower figures, BMW built this M3 around the pure joy of revving a genuinely special engine to its 8,300 rpm redline, which is exactly why values for clean, well-optioned examples like this one have continued climbing as collectors recognize what this generation represents. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION Reviewers consistently praised the E92 M3 for its screaming naturally aspirated V8 and genuinely communicative steering feel, with critics noting that everything about the car, from the seats to the brakes, feels natural and right. The BMW 3 Series and M3 nameplate has earned Car and Driver 10Best recognition more consecutive years than nearly any other vehicle in the award's history, including the 2011 through 2012 model years covered by this generation. The M3 GT racing variant of this generation won back-to-back American Le Mans Series championships in 2010 and 2011. WARRANTY The odometer is hovering around the 28,826-mile mark. With genuinely low mileage for a car of this age, this M3 should have many spirited miles ahead of it with continued proper maintenance, including attention to the well-documented rod bearing service interval common to this engine family. STANDARD FEATURES This M3 comes standard with BMW's high-revving S65 V8, a leather-wrapped M steering wheel, and the driver-focused cockpit that has always defined the M3 experience. Standard leather seating and BMW's core luxury equipment provide a genuinely refined foundation beneath this car's serious performance credentials. INSTALLED OPTIONS This M3 was ordered with an extensive collection of factory options, headlined by the highly coveted Competition Package and the quick-shifting M DCT transmission.
