2013 VW Beetle Convertible* 2.0L I4 F 16V TDI Diesel Engine 6-Speed Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission Front Wheel Drive VIN: 3VW5L7AT3DM81782 91,436 Miles If you ve never driven a VW TDI engine, you should. It s one of the great modern engines available on American shores. It s got gobs of torque, is quiet, and still performs admirably. And no, it doesn t smoke and it starts easily. Most of the usable power is below 3,000 RPM. There s a learning curve to driving one, though. You can cruse at 40 MPH in sixth gear. Yes, it s got that much torque. In town, the car drives effortlessly and has more than enough power. With all that torque, it s easy to spin the front tires. The Small Car Blog, May, 2013 This second generation New Beetle is rated at 28 city, 32 combined, and 41 highway, and achieves 41.3 MPG combined in real world driving. With its gobs of torque, it will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 7.8 sec., with a top speed of 122 mph. Included in its many features are keyless access and push button start, Premium VIII touchscreen radio with Bluetoothᆴ , aux. cable input and 8-speaker sound system, Media Device Interface (MDI) w/ iPodᆴ cable, leather-wrapped adjustable multifunction steering wheel, 3-color adjustable ambient lighting, and more (see the original window sticker in the photo gallery below). Tires on the car are Continental True Contact, 215/55 R17, on unmarked alloy wheels. This one family-owned convertible has been regularly and well maintained, recently (8/10/26, at 91,323 miles) serviced at Stadium Auto Service in Ann Arbor. Its Carfax report is available on request, with no accidents reported and with service history. Included are its original window sticker, all manuals, two sets of mats (carpet & rubber Monster Mats), two key fobs, an extra set of winter wheels, (15 in. Alutec, German) & tires (General Altimax Arctic, 205/70R15), and all service records and receipts for the past ten years. This well cared for triple black Beetle is a fun, yet practical car in excellent condition, that will provide many miles of smiles for its new owner.
