2021 FORD GT MIDNIGHT PURPLE PAINT, CARBON FIBER WHEELS, LOW MILES, AND MORE! OVERVIEW The 2021 Ford GT is a modern tribute to one of the greatest stories in racing. Inspired by the legendary GT40 that conquered Le Mans in the 1960s, the second-generation Ford GT combines advanced aerodynamics, carbon-fiber construction, and a robust motor into one of America's most exclusive supercars. Power comes from a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6, producing 660 horsepower and 550 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, the engine sends power to the rear wheels and launches the GT from 0-60 mph in just 3.0 seconds. The carbon-fiber chassis and bodywork keep weight low while providing the strength needed for serious performance. The GT features active suspension, carbon-ceramic brakes, and intricate aerodynamic systems that adjust to changing driving conditions. Visually, the car is unlike almost anything else on the road. The low nose, massive air intakes, floating rear bodywork, and sculpted bodywork create a design shaped by function. The signature flying buttresses are among its most recognizable features, creating a visual connection between the front and rear of the car while improving airflow. Inside, the GT is deliberately focused on the driver. Fixed carbon-fiber seats are integrated into the cabin, while a digital instrument cluster, rotary controls, and carbon fiber panels create a cockpit that feels straight out of a race car. The cabin is minimal by supercar standards, thus keeping the focus on driving rather than unnecessary luxury. The 2021 Ford GT represents the ultimate meeting point between the brand's racing heritage and performance engineering. It combines a carbon-fiber structure, big power, active aerodynamics, and limited production into a supercar that feels genuinely special every time it hits the road. For collectors and enthusiasts alike, few modern American cars offer the same blend of performance, history, and exclusivity.
