Perfect Auto Collection Signature Listing 2013 Jaguar XJ AWD VIN SAJWJ1CD9D8V48437 | 84,401 miles The XJ that broke Jaguar's flagship free of its past - here with the supercharged V6 and all-wheel drive that made it a true four-season luxury sedan. Why We Acquired This Vehicle For decades the Jaguar XJ was the definition of British luxury - long, low, and graceful, built around the founding ideal of grace, space, and pace. This generation, penned under design director Ian Callum, was the boldest reinvention in the car's history: a sleek, coupe-like silhouette with a floating roofline, an aluminum body, and a cabin that traded tradition for something entirely modern. The 2013 model year brought a meaningful addition to the range - Jaguar's supercharged V6 paired with all-wheel drive, giving the XJ year-round capability for the first time without giving up its rear-drive character. This example is that car, finished in a classic Jaguar combination. The appointments are detailed in full below. It is finished in Ultimate Black Metallic over a tan leather interior - a formal, timeless exterior with a warm, inviting cabin that suits the XJ's character perfectly. At 84,401 miles it has been driven as a luxury sedan is meant to be, regularly and in comfort. We ask a quieter question: how does it present, and would we be proud to place it in our own collection? This XJ answers with style. More than a decade on, Ian Callum's design still looks sleeker and more daring than most large sedans on the road, and in black its long, low lines are at their most elegant. Inside, the tan cabin and traditional materials deliver the warmth Jaguar is known for. The result is a distinctive, comfortable flagship with real character - and an alternative to the usual German choices. Why Enthusiasts Value This Model The XJ holds a special place in Jaguar's history as the brand's flagship sedan for more than four decades. This generation is valued for having the courage to change it: a design that looked nothing like the XJs before it, a lightweight aluminum structure, and a cabin built around a virtual instrument display and wraparound wood and leather. Informed buyers appreciate it as a genuinely different kind of luxury sedan. Where its rivals emphasize technology and precision, the XJ emphasizes elegance, a supple ride, and a sense of occasion every time the drive selector rises from the console. The all-wheel-drive V6 makes that experience practical in any climate. What buyers look for is specific: an all-wheel-drive example for year-round use, a classic color combination, and a car that has been looked after. That is why a car's specification matters - it is the difference between a listing that claims a car is special and one that can show it. Factory and Vehicle Highlights Ultimate Black Metallic Paint The XJ is finished in Ultimate Black Metallic. Why it matters: The XJ's design depends on its long, low roofline and the blacked-out rear pillars that make the roof appear to float. In black, the body and pillars merge into one unbroken shape, and the car reads as long, sleek, and formal - the way its designers drew it. 19-Inch Aleutian 10-Spoke Alloy Wheels The car r>
