We purchased car in 2007 from Longo Toyota as a Certified Used vehicle; we are the second owners. This Sequoia has been meticulously maintained, with synthetic Mobil 1 oil and filter changes every 5,0007,000 miles, the transmission fluid was changed four times using Toyota ATF, and the coolant was changed four times using Toyota coolant. The only repair other than standard maintenance was in 2020 when we had to replace the radiator. Last year we replaced the intake manifold gaskets, both front and rear brakes, spark plugs, and a new Alpine Car Play stereo (rear camera ready), with external amplifier and 4 speakers. Last month I had new catalytic converters installed with anti-theft devices, two oxygen sensors and the ECU (computer). Car passed smog in January of this year. Fifteen years ago, the ABS, VCS/Trac and brake dash lights came on. I dislike ABS brake systems (I drove truck for 40 years) so I didn't replace the bad sensor (yaw sensor). The only inoperable item is the rear window. Other than that, everything works great, the car runs like when we first bought it, doesn't burn oil, the body is in good shape, the paint is still shiny, and the interior is in great shape. The air conditioning has never needed anything, and it will freeze you. All things considered, this is the best car I have ever owned. Early Sequoias are known to last for a long time, and the way we drove and maintained this car along with its outstanding record should be good for many more miles. The amount of money recently spent on the car is almost my selling price. We planned on keeping it but instead bought an EV. That said we are firm on price and in no hurry to sell so please no lowballers.
