1999 BMW 328is, 5speed, SALVAGE TITLE from a past insurance auction in Northwest Arkansas. Auction listed it as a rollover. Visible damage at purchase included bent exterior panels and broken driver's door glass. I replaced the glass and trim; bent panels remain. Front bumper was replaced after a lowspeed school bus impact years ago and is black. Roof clear coat failed, dents on the quarter and near the taillight, and general cosmetic wear throughout. STX prepped suspension: AST 4200 double adjustable coilovers, Vorshlag camber plates, Racing Dynamics front sway bar, and front spacers. Alignment set to Vorshlag STX specs. Engine has an AFE cold air intake, new OEM MAF boot, Turner underdrive pulleys, Turner shorty headers, highflow cat, Shark Injector tune, and a custom exhaust with a swivel turndown for sound restricted sites. New battery installed recently. Car has been stored longterm but started and driven around the block periodically. Interior is worn. Driver's seat replaced with a Kirkey aluminum race seat. Passenger seat is a Kirkey nonadjustable seat. Typical E36 interior plastics aging. Trunk carpet worn. Odometer shows 198k miles. ABS is nonfunctional, so the factory ediff is inactive. Brake fluid is old from storage. Rear wheel bearings need to be replaced. No major rust beyond typical E36 surface spots. Includes DForce 17x8.5 wheels plus stock bottlecaps. Images with the stock wheels are coming... Solid STX build with cosmetic flaws and salvage history. Great autocross or project BMW.
