===== 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera S: Racing Yellow, Manual Gearbox, Sport Exhaust, Sport Chrono, and the Right Driver Spec ===== This 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera S is exactly the kind of 991.2 that Porsche enthusiasts should be paying attention to. Finished in *Racing Yellow over Black*, this Carrera S has the color, the gearbox, and the driver-focused options that make a modern 911 feel genuinely special. It is bright, confident, clean, and unmistakably Porsche. More importantly, it has the option that separates this car from the ordinary examples: a *manual transmission*. With an original MSRP of *$117,140*, this 911 was ordered with a strong enthusiast specification including *Sport Exhaust System*, *Sport Chrono Package*, *manual transmission*, *20-inch Carrera S wheels painted in High Gloss Black*, *Power Sport Seats with 14-way adjustment and memory*, *Premium Package*, *BOSE Surround Sound*, *Porsche Dynamic Light System*, *electric slide/tilt sunroof*, and wheel center caps with colored Porsche crests. This is not just a nice 911 Carrera S. This is a Racing Yellow, manual, Sport Exhaust, Sport Chrono Carrera S with the right attitude. ==== Why This 991.2 Carrera S Matters ==== The 991.2 Carrera S sits in a very important place in the modern 911 world. It gives you the refined chassis, modern interior, and everyday usability of the 991 generation, but with a sharper, more torque-rich driving experience than the earlier naturally aspirated 991.1 Carrera S. The 991.2 Carrera S brought a new level of real-world speed and drivability to the Carrera lineup, while still keeping the size, steering feel, and classic 911 proportions that make the 991 generation so loved. It is modern enough to drive every day. It is fast enough to still feel serious. And in manual form, it has the involvement that enthusiasts continue to chase. That is the key to this car. It has the performance of a modern 911, but it still asks the driver to participate. ==== The Manual Gearbox Is the Headline ==== The *manual transmission* is what makes this car special. Modern 911s with PDK are incredibly quick, but a manual Carrera S has a different kind of appeal. It is more interactive, more emotional, and more memorable. You are not just selecting a drive mode and letting the car do everything. You are part of the rhythm. Every shift matters. Every downshift adds to the drive. Every backroad feels more alive. Every mile feels more connected. That is exactly why manual 991.2 cars have such strong enthusiast appeal. They are modern enough to be usable and refined, but still offer the old-school engagement that keeps people emotionally attached to the car. This is the 911 for someone who wants to drive, not just arrive. ==== Racing Yellow Changes Everything ==== *Racing Yellow* is a major part of this car s personality. On a 911 Carrera S, Racing Yellow gives the car energy, presence, and instant identity. It makes the shape pop. It makes the black wheels stand out. It gives the car that classic Porsche sports car attitude without needing aftermarket anything. A lot of 911s are silver, grey, black, or white. Those cars can be beautiful, but Racing Yellow makes this car feel like an event. It is the color for someone who wants the car to feel special every time they open the garage door. Paired with the *20-inch Carrera S wheels painted in High Gloss Black*, this car has the perfect contrast: bright paint, dark wheels, clean body lines, and a proper performance look. ==== Sport Exhaust and Sport Chrono ==== This car has two of the most important options on any modern 911: *Sport Exhaust System* and *Sport Chrono Package*. Sport Exhaust gives the car the voi>
