This 2004 Land Rover Discovery II SE is finished in Giverny Green over Alpaca Beige leather and is powered by a 4.6-liter V8 . Equipment includes a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential as well as 18 Hurricane alloy wheels, dual sunroofs, a steel rear bumper, heated front seats , and automatic climate control. First registered in California and has spent all its life in California, well serviced and comes with a clean Carfax report and has current emissions certificate. 99,340 miles. A 90,000 mile service was just completed, New spark plugs, New oil and filter, New air filter, New fuel filter, Transmission was serviced with a new filter and pan gasket, All gear oils were drained and refilled, both axles and transfer box. New output shaft seal was replaced on the transfer box. New wiper blades, front and rear Refurbishment included refreshing the engine, overhauling the cylinder heads, lapping the valves and fitting new valve seals, head gaskets and the heads were refaced at the same time. The oil pan was removed to check the main and rod bearings ( all were in perfect shape) the front cover/oil pump was removed and a new timing chain, front oil seal and cross seals were installed on the rear main cap. (The oil pump gears were in great condition) A new radiator, coolant hoses and a 185 degree thermostat was installed. The headliner was recovered. The 18 Hurricane alloy wheels have just been refinished and are mounted with new Bridgestone 255/55-18 tires. New brake discs and pads were installed and the brake calipers were painted, brake system was flushed with new Dot 4 fluid.
