Well-Maintained 911 Service has always been kept up to date, and I have all the service records since I've owned the car. The oil service was just completed last month always using OEM-recommended oil and filter. The car has 4 brand-new Pirelli tires, with only about 10,000 miles on them and plenty of tread life remaining. This used to be my short-distance daily driver, but it hasn't been driven nearly as much since we had a baby. The car is over 10 years old, so there are a few rock chips and normal signs of use. However, It has always been garage-kept. The car currently has one key. That said, overall it is in very good condition. The body and mechanicals are solid, everything is dry, and everything works as it should. I believe 991.1 represent a very attractive value right now, especially compared with where 997 prices have gone. I'm looking for a serious buyer who understands what this car is.
