This 2011 BMW 3 Series 335i xDrive is a compact luxury sedan with all-wheel drive and a turbocharged six-cylinder powertrain. It is built around BMW's rear-drive-based platform, with xDrive adding front-axle traction to the standard chassis balance. The 335i trim sits near the top of the 3 Series range for this model year, and its mechanical specification gives it a more substantial performance profile than the four-cylinder versions. The suspension, steering, and brake systems are arranged for use as an everyday sedan, while still supporting brisk acceleration and steady highway behavior. This model uses a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with an automatic transmission. In 2011 form, the 335i was rated at 300 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque, figures that place it well above the lower trims in the same lineup. The engine delivers its output through BMW's turbocharged N54 architecture for this year, and the xDrive system manages power delivery through the driveline rather than relying on rear-wheel drive alone. The combination gives the car a broad usable range in regular traffic and on open roads, with the drivetrain calibrated for smooth response and consistent operation. The automatic transmission is matched to the engine's torque output and supports both relaxed driving and stronger acceleration when needed. Inside, this example includes Leather Seats and Automatic Climate Control. The cabin follows BMW's familiar driver-focused layout, with controls placed around the center stack and instrument panel in a way that keeps primary functions within reach. Materials and trim choices in this series are intended to give the interior a more refined appearance than a basic commuter sedan, and the leather upholstery is part of that presentation. Seating position is low by sedan standards, and the front occupants sit within a cockpit that emphasizes straightforward access to controls and clear instrument visibility. The climate system maintains set temperatures automatically, reducing the need for frequent manual adjustment during changing weather conditions. This vehicle also has a Sunroof, Xenon Headlights, Rain Sensing Wipers, and Push Start. The sunroof adds an open-air feature to the roof panel without changing the car's core structure. The headlights use xenon lighting technology, which was a notable factory option on this generation of 3 Series. Rain sensing wipers are fitted to respond to moisture on the windshield without constant driver input. Push Start is present for engine starting through a button-based ignition system. These items add convenience and equipment content without altering the underlying mechanical character of the sedan, and they fit the rest of the specification with features that were available from the factory for this model year.
