Selling my 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe after being the only owner because I recently purchased a new vehicle. The car has been well maintained, and I have extensive maintenance and service records available, including receipts from Nissan, Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, and independent repair shops. As well as Carfax report. Push-button start, keyless entry, power seats &amp; Bluetooth hands-free calling. Good gas mileage, averaging 23/29 MPG (LA city commuting). The car was recently professionally detailed inside and out, including the engine bay. The interior is clean and in very nice condition for its age. Notable recent service: * 5/2024: New engine and transmission mounts, front struts, front axle, and brake pads; rotors resurfaced. * 4/2026: A/C serviced and recharged. * 8/2026: New passenger window, cabin air filter, and windshield wipers; headlights restored. The car was stolen in May 2026 and recovered by police in August. It was not involved in an accident while stolen. Known items: There is a minor power steering fluid leak. The headlights work, but the internal reflectors in the headlight assemblies have become less reflective with age, so the assemblies should eventually be replaced for improved nighttime brightness. The factory radio and speakers operate normally, but the display screen has sun/heat damage, so portions of the display are difficult to see. The car comes with 1 key. Overall, this is a clean, good-looking Altima Coupe with a documented maintenance history that has been cared for over the years. Service records are available for serious buyers.
