SPORTY, WELL-EQUIPPED, TURBOCHARGED, OFF-LEASE, NONSMOKER, BIG PERSONALITY IN A SMALL PACKAGE! This 2017 MINI Cooper S Countryman is the brand's answer to buyers who want MINI's go-kart personality without giving up back-seat space or everyday practicality. Finished in Melting Silver Metallic over Satellite Grey Lounge Leather, this particular example was ordered with a genuinely well-rounded options list rather than a stripped-down base configuration. A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder makes 189 horsepower here, and MINI's ALL4 all-wheel-drive system sends that power to all four corners for genuine confidence in poor weather, something the front-drive Cooper Countryman simply cannot offer. It is a small SUV that still manages to feel like a MINI the moment you turn the wheel. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The Countryman remains the only MINI built around real everyday usability, with genuine rear seat space and a cargo area that can handle more than a weekend bag or two. It still drives with more personality than most compact crossovers, trading a bit of outright practicality for a level of steering feedback and body control that is rare in this segment. Shoppers gravitate toward the Cooper S Countryman specifically for the added performance over the standard Cooper, along with MINI's distinctive interior design language, which still feels genuinely different from the sea of look-alike crossovers it competes against. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION The 2017 Countryman lineup earned an IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK award when equipped with its optional front crash prevention system, a reflection of the strong crashworthiness engineered into this generation of Countryman. WARRANTY The odometer is hovering around the 52,721-mile mark. Based on the current mileage and original in-service date, this Countryman's original factory warranty coverage has expired. Extended service plans may be available to help provide additional peace of mind throughout your ownership experience. STANDARD FEATURES Choosing the Cooper S over the standard Cooper Countryman means trading the base turbocharged three-cylinder for a considerably stronger turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, along with a sportier suspension tune and larger brakes to match the added performance. All Countryman models come standard with a panoramic sunroof, a rearview camera, and keyless entry, but the S badge is where MINI's go-kart reputation actually starts to show up on a car this size. INSTALLED OPTIONS This Cooper S Countryman was ordered with a well-rounded list of factory options that go well beyond the standard equipment list. Package: Technology Package MINI Head-Up Display and 8.8-inch touchscreen navigation Keeps key information in the driver's line of sight and makes route planning simple with a genuinely modern navigation interface for a car this age. Park Assistant and Real Time Traffic Information Takes the stress out of parallel parking and helps route around traffic before it becomes a problem. Wireless device charging and MINI Connected 5 connectivity Keeps phones charged and connected without hunting for a cable. Package: Convenience Package Rear center armrest, picnic cushion, and additional storage package Small touches that make the cabin noticeably more livable day to day. Alarm system Adds an extra layer of theft protection beyond the standard factory security. Standalone Features Satellite Grey Lounge Leather Upholstery A genuine step up from the standard cloth or leatherette interior, with a distinctive color far less common than the usual black or beige. Harman/Kardon Premium Sound System A meaningful audio upgrade over the factory system, with noticeably better clarity and depth. Power Tailgate Makes loading and unloading cargo simple, especially useful given the Countryman's already-strong cargo capacity. MECHANICAL FEATURES This Cooper S Countryman pairs its turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinde>
