*??? CARMA DEALER CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 90-POINT INSPECTED* Includes our Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan and 5-Year Maintenance Plan when purchased at our full out-the-door price. Proudly serving customers with over 22,000 vehicles sold. *2012 Volkswagen GTI 2-Door Hatchback | 2.0T | Automatic | United Gray Metallic over Interlagos Plaid Cloth* The Mk6 GTI is the car that made 'hot hatch' a household phrase 2.0T turbo torque, a chassis that makes a grocery run entertaining, and the plaid seats that VW enthusiasts still argue are the best interior fabric ever fitted to a car. This one is a two-door, it just passed Georgia emissions, and it comes off a recent major service that covered the exact items a high-mileage 2.0T owner worries about. *? What You're Actually Getting* ? *90-point Carma inspection* completed before this vehicle was listed. ? *OBDII scan performed and photographed:* all drive monitors completed, zero stored or pending trouble codes. The scan photo is included in this listing's photos so you can read the results yourself rather than take our word for it. ? *Passed Georgia emissions inspection on 09/02/2026* at 148,197 miles documented on the CARFAX, which matters in an emissions-testing county. ? *No accidents or damage reported to CARFAX* across the entire history. No structural damage, no airbag deployment, no total loss, no odometer issues, and a clean title guaranteed by CARFAX no salvage, junk, rebuilt, fire, flood, hail, or lemon brand. ? *18 service records and 48 detailed records on the CARFAX*, all personal-owner use no fleet, rental, or commercial history. ? *Recently completed major service:* new timing chain, new water pump, new spark plugs, new front brake pads, a new set of tires, new air filter, and fresh full-synthetic oil. On a 2.0T with this mileage, the timing chain and water pump are the two jobs that decide whether the next few years are cheap or expensive both are already done. ? *Estimated value of that recent work: roughly $2,900 to $4,300 at dealer labor rates* (our estimate actual invoiced amounts vary by shop). That is money already spent on this car that the next owner doesn't spend. ? *One key, no owner's manual books* stated up front so there are no surprises at delivery. *?? Real Value Why This Is More Than a Price Tag* We cross-check every vehicle against multiple independent sources rather than quoting the one number that flatters us most. On this GTI they land close together: *Kelley Blue Book typical listing price $7,845*, *CARFAX History-Based Value $8,470*, and *Manheim adjusted retail average $8,775*, with J.D. Power's retail book higher at $9,850. Live national comps for 2012 GTIs in the 133,000 150,000 mile range are currently asking between $5,995 and $7,995, while recently sold comparable examples cluster from $7,450 up to $8,995 asking prices and sold prices are different evidence, and sold numbers are what people actually paid. Taken together, *a fair market range for this car is roughly $7,800 to $8,800*. Now add what comes with it, in real dollars: *Recent major service, $2,900 $4,300 estimated.* The timing chain, water pump, plugs, front pads, and tires are bought and paid for. Those are bills the next owner is not going to get. *5-Year Maintenance Plan, $2,500 value.* 25 discounted oil changes plus radiator service, AC service, engine diagnostics, and hundreds of additional discounts with no year or mileage restrictions. That's five years of routine upkeep at a discount, spread across the time you actually own the car. *Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan, $300 retail value.* Level 1 engine, transmission, and drivetrain coverage, paying up to $1,500 toward an engine or transmission failure. On a turbocharged car with miles on it, that's the difference between a repair and a rebuild bill. *All in, that's roughly $13,500 to $15,900 in total v>
