This vehicle is located at our Indianapolis facility - 2461 Reeves Rd #194, Plainfield, IN 46168 GR Auto Gallery of Indianapolis is pleased to present this 1989 Ford Mustang GT Convertible for your consideration. Finished in Bright Red over a grey leather interior with a contrasting white convertible top, this Foxbody Mustang delivers the unmistakable late-1980s Mustang look in a classic open-top configuration. Power comes from Ford's legendary 5.0-liter 302ci V8, paired with an automatic overdrive transmission and rear-wheel drive. This Mustang is equipped with desirable comfort and convenience features including power windows, power locks, power steering, power brakes, and heat. A Marti Report is included with the car, providing additional documentation and a breakdown of its factory equipment and specifications. With its Bright Red paint, white top, and grey interior, this GT has the period-correct appearance that makes Foxbody Mustangs instantly recognizable. Showing 84,274 miles, this Mustang also benefits from an unusually well-documented service history. The CARFAX shows 29 service history records, with mileage documented back to 29,802 miles in 1992 and regular service appearing throughout the following decades. Records include routine oil changes and maintenance along with items such as a fuel pump replacement, A/C and heating system service, EGR valve replacement, cooling-system checks, brake inspections, a battery replacement, and crankshaft oil seal replacement. The CARFAX reports no accidents or damage, no structural damage, no total loss, and no indication of an odometer rollback. It also shows no salvage, junk, rebuilt, fire, flood, hail, or lemon title brands. The history reflects years of Michigan ownership before the Mustang was purchased and titled in Indiana in 2022. Foxbody Mustangs have developed a strong following thanks to their relatively lightweight chassis, straightforward mechanical layout, and the legendary 5.0-liter V8. The GT Convertible combines that character with open-air cruising, making this example equally suited for weekend drives, local shows, or adding to a collection of increasingly appreciated late-model American classics. Price does not include applicable tax, title, license, processing, and/or $240 documentation fees.
