At just over 101,000 miles, this car has plenty of life left in it the aluminum-intensive platform and supercharged powertrain were built with longevity in mind, and well-maintained examples routinely reach 150,000+ miles without major mechanical drama. The XKR trim sits at the top of the XK range, meaning you're getting the full supercharged experience rather than a detuned or base variant. For buyers in the Riverside, California area looking for a genuine British grand tourer at a used-car price, this is a rare opportunity in Riverside County. ===== 2010 Jaguar XK XKR Performance and Engine ===== Under the hood of this XKR sits Jaguar's 5.0-liter supercharged V8, producing a factory-rated 510 horsepower and 461 lb-ft of torque. This engine is a masterpiece of refinement and brute force working in harmony the Roots-type supercharger delivers boost almost instantaneously, giving you thunderous mid-range pull that makes merging onto the 60 Freeway or passing on a two-lane road feel effortless. Power is routed through a 6-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels, a classic rear-wheel-drive layout that gives the XKR its communicative, engaging character. The ZF-sourced automatic is smooth in everyday driving and snappy when you put your foot down. Expect 0-60 times in the mid-4-second range performance that remains genuinely impressive by any modern standard. The XKR also benefits from Jaguar's adaptive dynamics suspension system, which continuously reads the road and adjusts damping in real time. The result is a car that rides luxuriously around Riverside's surface streets but firms up beautifully when you head into the hills toward Box Springs Mountain or out toward the Palms to Pines Highway. ===== Jaguar XK XKR Features and Interior ===== The XKR Convertible's cabin is a study in traditional British luxury brought into the modern era. Expect premium leather seating, real aluminum trim, and a driver-focused cockpit that wraps around you with purpose. The power-operated soft top folds away in seconds, transforming the car from a sleek coupe-like silhouette to a full open-air experience. ==== Technology and Comfort ==== The 2010 XKR includes Jaguar's infotainment and navigation system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a premium audio system.
