2005 Hyundai Tiburon GS 2-door coupe with 2.0L 4-cylinder engine and automatic transmission. Asking $3,500 OBO. The car runs and drives well mechanically and is being sold as-is. The vehicle does have a few minor cosmetic/interior items that I have already taken into consideration when setting the price. The interior could use a thorough cleaning, the glove compartment needs repair/replacement, the passenger-side air vent is damaged, the moonroof control buttons are currently inoperative, and there is a small dent on the right rear panel. These are reflected in the asking price. The vehicle currently needs an emissions drive cycle completed. The battery had previously become depleted, which reset the vehicle's emissions readiness monitors. The vehicle was taken through emissions testing, and I have the emissions paperwork showing that the monitors were not yet ready and that the drive cycle needs to be completed. This was a readiness issue following the battery depletion, not an emissions test failure for excessive emissions. This would be a good opportunity for someone looking for an affordable sporty coupe, a daily driver, or a vehicle they can clean up and improve without spending a lot initially. Comparable Tiburons in cleaned-up condition can be advertised for considerably more depending on year, mileage, condition and location, which is why I'm already pricing this one accordingly rather than putting money into the cosmetic items myself. $3500 OBO. Reasonable offers considered. Please no extreme lowball offers.
