Comfortable and reliable daily driver! FWD Honda CR-V with clean title, no accidents, non-smoking. Selling because we purchased a 3-row SUV for our family. Vehicle runs great and has received all scheduled/recommended maintenance, including regular oil changes (records available upon request). Just received an oil change and passed NY State inspection in September. Two common issues with this CRV era/mileage were already addressed a few years back: replace AC compressor as well as steering gear and power steering pump. A few things we love: This generation has a removable shelf in the cargo area, giving you a double-decker storage space and comes with an all-weather cargo mat. The rear bench seat slides forward and back to adjust between leg room and cargo space, and the upholstery is super soft/velvety and comfortable. The cabin design features a flat rear floor (no central tunnel hump), making three-across seating more comfortable. Upholstery and trim show normal wear and tear for its age (no stains or tears in the upholstery). Cosmetically, some fading is visible on the passenger side exterior trim due to being parked in the Southern CA sun (where vehicle spent its first 10 years of life - on the plus side, this is fewer years in upstate NY winters!).
