BREATHTAKING, POWERFUL, OPEN-AIR LUXURY, NO-ACCIDENT, NONSMOKER, AMG PERFORMANCE UNLEASHED! The Mercedes-Benz SL is one of the most iconic roadsters in automotive history, and the all-new 2023 Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster brings that legacy into a new era with handcrafted V8 power and genuine AMG engineering. Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic with a striking Red Pepper and Black Nappa leather interior, this SL 55 was ordered with the Performance Trim Line, AMG carbon fiber trim, the Driver Assistance Package, and 21-inch AMG multi-spoke black wheels. With only about 12,000 miles on the odometer, this SL has averaged fewer than 4,000 miles per year, and it carries a clean, no-accident history. It also still carries remaining Mercedes-Benz factory warranty coverage, adding valuable peace of mind to an extraordinary driving experience. Why Shoppers Buy This Model The seventh-generation SL was developed entirely by Mercedes-AMG, and it marks a return to the model's sporting roots with a lightweight aluminum structure, a traditional fabric soft top, and, for the first time, all-wheel drive and a pair of small rear seats. The result is a roadster that is as thrilling on a winding mountain road as it is relaxing on a top-down coastal cruise. Shoppers are drawn to the SL 55's rare combination of breathtaking performance, timeless design, and genuine everyday usability. Its power-folding soft top, all-weather capability, and luxurious cabin make it a true grand touring roadster for every season. Automotive Press and Industry Recognition Reviewers have praised the new AMG SL for its thunderous twin-turbo V8, remarkable grip and composure, sharp handling aided by rear-axle steering, and a beautifully crafted, tech-rich cabin. Critics also highlight its quick-folding soft top and newfound all-weather confidence thanks to all-wheel drive, while noting that its rear seats are best suited to small passengers or extra luggage. Warranty The odometer currently shows 12,009 miles, and this SL 55 is STILL COVERED by remaining factory warranty protection. Remaining Transferable Factory Coverage: New Vehicle Limited Warranty -- 4 years or 50,000 miles from the original warranty start date, whichever comes first. Coverage runs through August 2027 or 50,000 miles. Extended service plans may also be available for buyers who want additional peace of mind beyond the factory coverage. Standard Features The SL 55 comes generously equipped, with heated and ventilated AMG front seats, AIRSCARF neck-level heating to keep you warm on cool top-down drives, a Burmester surround sound system, and an 11.9-inch portrait touchscreen that tilts to reduce glare with the top down. A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and KEYLESS-GO add modern convenience. Performance hardware is equally impressive, with AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, rear-axle steering, the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9-speed transmission, and a power-folding fabric soft top that opens or closes in about 15 seconds at speeds up to roughly 37 mph. Installed Options This SL 55 was ordered with an impressive array of performance, luxury, and safety upgrades. Performance Trim Line AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL suspension Uses active hydraulic anti-roll stabilization to keep the SL remarkably flat and composed through corners while preserving a comfortable ride. AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package with RACE drive mode Sharpens the SL's responses for spirited driving and track days, with a dedicated RACE mode for maximum performance. Electronic limited-slip differential Helps put the V8's power to the pavement with maximum traction when exiting corners. Front axle lift system Raises the front end at the touch of a button to help clear steep driveways and speed bumps. Driver Assistance Package Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC with route-based speed adaptation Maintains a set distance from traffic ahead and automatically adjusts speed for curves, intersections, and ro>
