2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10 For Sale in "Gloss Black!" Whipple Supercharged | Blower Cam | Bassani Long-Tubes | 6-Speed Manual | Only 43K Miles WE FINANCE Apparently a Viper-powered pickup wasn't ridiculous enough. This 2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10 is finished in Gloss Black over Dark Slate Gray leather & suede, has only 43K miles, a Clean Carfax, and is the configuration that made these trucks legendary: Regular cab. Viper V10. 6-speed manual. And then somebody added a Whipple. This one is built around a Whipple Supercharger System with an upgraded supercharger pulley and Whipple Performance Air Intake, backed by a COMP Cams Stage-1 Blower Camshaft, Bassani stainless long-tube headers and a free-flowing exhaust system. It still looks like an SRT-10. It just sounds and moves like somebody decided the original concept needed to be even more unreasonable. The Viper Truck. With Boost. The factory formula was already absurd. Take the 8.3L V10 from the Viper, put it into a regular-cab pickup, send everything to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual and somehow convince accounting to approve it. Then add forced induction. The Whipple Supercharger System is the centerpiece here, complemented by an upgraded Whipple pulley and Whipple Performance Air Intake. The engine combination goes considerably deeper than simply bolting a blower on top. A COMP Cams Stage-1 Blower Camshaft works alongside the supercharger, with ARP head bolts, MSD Performance Spark Plug Wires and upgraded electronic fans and module supporting the package. We don't have a dyno sheet, so we're not going to throw a horsepower number at it. It's a Whipple-supercharged 8.3-liter Viper V10. That should communicate the general idea. And It Gets Better Downstream Getting more air into a V10 is only half the equation. A set of Bassani Stainless Steel Long-Tube Headers feeds into a Bassani free-flow mid-pipe and custom cat-back exhaust system, giving the supercharged V10 the exhaust side to match. And yes, it's cammed. A Viper V10 with a blower, long-tubes and a blower cam isn't exactly known for quietly blending into traffic. Ten cylinders. Whipple. Cam. Long-tubes. Three pedals. Subtle wasn't really part of the project. Modifications Include: Whipple Supercharger System Whipple Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Whipple Performance Air Intake COMP Cams Stage-1 Blower Camshaft Upgrade Bassani Stainless Steel Long-Tube Headers Bassani Free-Flow Mid-Pipe Custom Cat-Back Exhaust System ARP Head Bolts MSD Performance Spark Plug Wires Upgraded Electronic Fans & Module Lowered Suspension Shortened Shifter AutoMeter Triple-Gauge A-Pillar Pod AEM Digital Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge AutoMeter Boost Gauge OEM Oil Pressure Gauge Alpine Upgraded Stereo Tinted Windows + More! The Right Starting Point The build gets your attention, but the truck underneath it matters. This is a 43K-mile, Clean Carfax, regular-cab SRT-10 with the factory 6-speed manual transmission. It also retains the factory Chrome Wheel Package, which looks exactly right against the Gloss Black paint and keeps the exterior from looking overly modified despite what's happening underneath the hood. And condition-wise, this one is exceptionally clean. That's an important distinction with these trucks. Plenty were used hard, heavily modified, or simply accumulated miles over the last two decades. This one combines the right original configuration, excellent condition and low mileage with the kind of performance build that would cost serious money to dupli>
