EFFICIENT, ALL-ELECTRIC, WELL-EQUIPPED, NO-ACCIDENT, LOCALLY OWNED, NONSMOKER, QUIET MILES AHEAD! The 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Electric Limited makes a strong case that going electric doesn't have to mean paying a premium or giving up comfort. This one is finished in crisp Ceramic White, was locally owned, carries a clean, no-accident CARFAX history, and has the odometer hovering around the 60,450-mile mark. It's the top-of-the-line Limited, so leather seating, a power sunroof, a heated steering wheel, and a widescreen navigation display are all part of the package. As a hatchback, this Ioniq pairs the easy maneuverability of a compact car with a flexible rear cargo area that handles grocery runs, airport luggage, and weekend gear without fuss. Add one of the most efficient electric powertrains of its era, and you have a commuter that makes every mile feel inexpensive. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The Ioniq was designed from the outset as a dedicated eco-car, and the Electric version is the purest expression of that mission. Its slippery, aerodynamic shape and lightweight engineering let it travel farther on each kilowatt-hour than most electric vehicles of its generation. For drivers, that means remarkably low per-mile energy costs whether they charge at home or on the road. Shoppers also appreciate how normal the Ioniq Electric feels. There's no learning curve beyond plugging in instead of filling up: the controls are intuitive, the driving position is familiar, and the hatchback body delivers everyday practicality. Hyundai's reputation for packing generous equipment into a sensible price makes the Ioniq an approachable first EV for commuters and second-car households alike. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION Reviewers consistently singled out the 2020 Ioniq Electric's efficiency as its defining strength. Edmunds called it one of the thriftiest EVs in its class, citing an EPA rating of just 25 kWh per 100 miles. Coverage of the 2020 update also praised the significant jump to a 170-mile EPA range, the faster onboard charger, and an upgraded cabin with a larger available touchscreen. The Limited trim in particular drew attention for offering features such as leather seating, a sunroof, and premium audio, which were uncommon in affordable electric cars at the time. WARRANTY The odometer currently reads 60,450 miles. This Ioniq Electric is STILL COVERED by Hyundai's transferable electric battery and drive system protection, measured from its December 2020 in-service date. Its CARFAX history shows 14 service records, including regular maintenance at a Hyundai dealership throughout its first ownership period. Hybrid/Electric Battery and System Components Warranty: through December 2030 or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, covering the lithium-ion polymer battery, power control unit, and transmission, including the traction motor. Roughly 39,550 miles of coverage remain. Anti-Perforation Warranty: through December 2027, with no mileage limitation, protecting against rust-through of the body panels. Hyundai's longer 10-year powertrain coverage applies to original owners only. Extended service plans are available for owners who want protection beyond these factory terms. STANDARD FEATURES Choosing the Limited over the Ioniq Electric SE transforms the cabin from simply efficient into genuinely comfortable. Leather seating, a power tilt-and-slide sunroof, and ambient interior lighting give the Limited a noticeably more upscale feel. The 10.25-inch widescreen navigation system replaces the SE's 8-inch display. The Limited also steps up the convenience and driver-assistance equipment, adding a heated steering wheel, a power driver's seat with memory, power-folding side mirrors with puddle lights, front and rear parking sensors, and Highway Driving Assist. For buyers who want their EV to feel like a well-appointed car first and an efficiency tool second, the Limited is the trim to own. CHAR>
