SLEEK, SOPHISTICATED, BEAUTIFULLY OPTIONED, NONSMOKER, MODERN RANGE ROVER ELEGANCE! The 2021 Range Rover Velar P250 R-Dynamic S is the Range Rover for buyers who want the badge's prestige expressed through its most sculpted, minimalist design, and this example makes a striking case for itself in Eiger Grey metallic over a rich Ebony leather and suedecloth cabin. Just over 40,000 miles show on the odometer, and this Velar left the factory with more than $6,200 in options. The most meaningful of them are a Head-Up Display, the Meridian 3D Surround Sound System, the Interactive Driver Display, 20'' Satin Dark Grey wheels, 14-way heated front seats with driver memory, and the Cold Climate Pack's heated windshield and heated steering wheel. Together they turn an already elegant SUV into one that feels thoughtfully specified rather than merely well equipped. All-wheel drive comes standard, along with Land Rover's Terrain Response system. That combination gives this Velar steady, confident footing on rain-soaked highways, snowy side streets, and gravel driveways alike, so its good looks never come at the expense of year-round usability. Why Shoppers Buy This Model The Velar takes its name from the codename used on the original pre-production Range Rovers of the late 1960s, and it fills a deliberate gap in the family between the compact Range Rover Evoque and the larger Range Rover Sport. Shoppers choose it because it delivers genuine Range Rover refinement and capability in a lower, sleeker, more modern shape than anything else in the lineup. Its design philosophy is reductionist: flush door handles that deploy when you approach, slim headlights, a clean uninterrupted body side, and a cabin built around smooth glass touchscreens instead of rows of buttons. Against rivals from Porsche, BMW, and Audi, the Velar's appeal is less about outright sportiness and more about presence, a calm and composed ride, and the quiet confidence of knowing it can handle far more than a typical luxury crossover when the weather or the road turns rough. Automotive Press and Industry Recognition Professional reviewers have consistently singled out the Velar's styling as its signature strength, along with a serene, well-isolated ride and an upscale, minimalist interior that still feels contemporary years after launch. The design earned the 2018 WORLD CAR DESIGN OF THE YEAR title from a jury of 82 motoring journalists from 24 countries, finishing ahead of the Volvo XC60 and the Lexus LC 500. Warranty This Velar shows exactly 40,041 miles on the odometer. The original Land Rover factory warranty coverage, measured from its May 2021 in-service date, has expired. Spread across roughly five and a half years on the road, that mileage works out to only about 7,400 miles per year, well below what most drivers put on a vehicle annually, which means less wear on the interior, the suspension, and the drivetrain than its age alone might suggest. Extended service plans may be available for buyers who want added peace of mind. Standard Features The R-Dynamic S steps up from the Velar S with a sportier personality inside and out. Its R-Dynamic styling gives the exterior a more assertive, athletic look, while the cabin trades all-leather upholstery for perforated grained leather paired with suedecloth, a combination that adds grip, softness, and a more tailored, performance-inspired feel to every seat. Installed Options This Velar's original buyer clearly chose the upgrades that make the biggest difference in daily driving: better information at a glance, better sound, more seat comfort, and genuine cold-weather convenience. Cold Climate Pack Heated windshield Clears frost, ice, and fog in moments on winter mornings without waiting for the defroster to catch up. Heated steering wheel Takes the chill out of the first few miles and keeps hands comfortable through the coldest months. Standalone Features Head-Up Display Projects speed and navigation guidance onto the windshie>
