POWERFUL, SPORTY, LUXURIOUS, EXTENSIVELY SERVICED, ONE-OWNER, NONSMOKER, M PERFORMANCE ATTITUDE! This 2018 BMW X4 M40i arrives in crisp Alpine White with 130,427 miles on the odometer, combining the everyday versatility of a premium crossover with the considerably more serious performance character of BMW's M Performance lineup. Its turbocharged inline-six, xDrive ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, athletic chassis tuning, and distinctive coupe-inspired body make this a particularly engaging alternative to the typical luxury SUV. This example was also exceptionally well equipped when new, carrying a $68,395 ORIGINAL MSRP with desirable factory upgrades including 20-inch M Style 680 M wheels, the Lighting Package, Parking Assistance Package, Driving Assistance Package, Navigation System, Wireless Charging, heated front seats, and Apple CarPlay compatibility. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL The X4 was created for drivers who want the versatility and elevated seating position of a premium crossover without giving up the visual presence or driving character of something sportier. Its sweeping roofline, athletic proportions, and wide stance give it considerably more personality than a conventional upright SUV. BMW also engineered the X4 around the idea that practicality does not have to mean sacrificing driver involvement. Responsive steering, a planted chassis, confident xDrive traction, and a driver-focused cockpit help make it feel much closer to a sport sedan from behind the wheel than its crossover proportions might suggest. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS & INDUSTRY RECOGNITION Professional reviewers consistently singled out the X4 M40i as the enthusiast's choice within the first-generation X4 lineup, praising its strong turbocharged inline-six, quick acceleration, composed handling, and surprisingly engaging road manners for a luxury crossover. The M40i was particularly significant because it moved the X4 well beyond an appearance exercise, adding legitimate M Performance hardware and creating an appealing middle ground between a conventional luxury crossover and a full-fledged BMW M vehicle. WARRANTY The odometer currently reads exactly 130,427 miles. Based on the vehicle's age and mileage, its original BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty and primary powertrain coverage have expired. BMW's original corrosion-perforation coverage may remain applicable based on time, subject to BMW's specific terms, exclusions, and transferability requirements. With roughly 130,000 miles accumulated over approximately eight years, its annualized mileage remains favorable for its age. Want additional protection? In most cases, we can provide expanded service-contract options to cover eligible vehicles for years to come! STANDARD FEATURES The M40i is where the X4's personality changes substantially. Its 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six produces 355 HORSEPOWER AND 343 LB-FT OF TORQUE, delivering the smooth, muscular power delivery that has long made BMW inline-six engines so desirable. BMW paired that engine with an 8-speed Sport Automatic transmission and xDrive ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, while M Performance-specific chassis tuning gives the M40i sharper responses than the standard X4. Performance-oriented suspension calibration, upgraded braking capability, sport exhaust, M aerodynamic styling, Shadowline exterior trim, and sport-focused interior details reinforce that character. Inside, Black Nevada Leather provides an appropriately upscale environment, while power-adjustable sport seating, driver memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, a power moonroof, power liftgate, and premium harman/kardon audio contribute to its luxury credentials. INSTALLED OPTIONS This X4 M40i was ordered with a particularly desirable collection of factory equipment, helping bring its original retail price to an impressive $68,395. 20-inch M Style 680 M Double-Spoke Wheels - $950 The larger M wheels feature a staggered performance-tire configuration with 245/40R20 front and 275/35R20 rear tires, giving the M4>
