PRACTICAL, LOW-MILEAGE, NONSMOKER, ALL-WEATHER COMPACT SUV! With just 71,185 miles, this 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE AWC in Octane Blue Metallic offers an appealing combination of manageable size, four-season capability and useful everyday versatility. For an SUV now in its second decade, that works out to only about 6,400 miles per year, a remarkably gentle pace that sets it well apart from the typical example of its age. Better yet, it was ordered with the $2,100 Premium Package, adding a panoramic glass roof, a Rockford Fosgate premium audio system with a 10'' subwoofer and several genuine comfort upgrades, for an original MSRP of $27,145. It isn't a bare-bones commuter. It's a well-optioned SE that brings real character to the compact-SUV formula. There is also worthwhile maintenance history here. In 2019 it received a front wheel bearing and hub, front and rear brake pads and rotors, transmission-fluid service and an oil change. More recently, recommended maintenance in 2024 included brake service, an alignment, an oil change and tire replacement, followed by another oil and filter change at 70,762 miles in August 2026. WHY SHOPPERS BUY THE MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER SPORT The Outlander Sport appeals to shoppers who want SUV versatility without the bulk of a larger crossover. Its compact exterior dimensions make it easy to maneuver and park on crowded streets, while the hatchback body provides useful cargo flexibility and a more commanding seating position than a conventional compact car. It competed in a segment that included the Subaru XV Crosstrek and Jeep Compass, and it carved out its own niche with sharp styling, straightforward controls and an equipment list that was generous for the money. Mitsubishi's electronically controlled all-wheel drive adds another dimension, making it a sensible choice for year-round driving in changing Northeast weather. AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION The Outlander Sport's strengths have traditionally centered on value, straightforward operation, compact dimensions and available all-wheel drive. Reviewers consistently noted its easy maneuverability and generous standard equipment, especially in SE trim. Rather than trying to be an oversized luxury crossover, it delivers the essentials of an SUV in an approachable package that's particularly well suited to commuting and everyday errands. WARRANTY This Outlander Sport shows 71,185 miles on the odometer, and at more than eleven years old, its original Mitsubishi factory warranty coverage has expired. Its documented maintenance tells a more useful story than an expiration date: brakes, tires, alignment and fluid service have all been attended to, so the next owner inherits a vehicle with key wear items already addressed. Extended service plans may be available for buyers who want added peace of mind. STANDARD SE FEATURES The SE was the Outlander Sport's well-rounded upper trim, adding a meaningful collection of comfort, appearance and convenience upgrades: All-Wheel Control (AWC) all-wheel drive for added traction in rain and snow Automatic climate control Heated front seats, a welcome feature on cold Northeast mornings FAST-Key passive entry system, so the key can stay in your pocket Push-button start Rearview camera Steering-wheel-mounted controls HID headlights Fog lights Rain-sensing windshield wipers Automatic headlights Heated power outside mirrors 18'' alloy wheels INSTALLED OPTIONS Premium Package -- $2,100 Panoramic glass roof Gives the cabin a dramatically more open, airy feel LED interior illumination Black roof rails Auto-dimming rearview mirror Power driver's seat Front passenger seatback pocket Rockford Fosgate Premium Sound System 710-watt amplification 9 speakers 10'' subwoofer with Punch Control DTS Neural Surround PremiDIA Wide Surround Dolby Volume Original manufacturer's suggested retail price: $27,145 MECHANICAL FEATURES The Outlander Sport uses a naturally aspirated 2.0L four-cylinder engine producing 148 h>
