2015 Chevrolet Suburban LT 4x4 96,101 miles, clean title, no accidents. In Paso Robles, off Charolais Rd. UPDATE: SHE'S GOT BRAND NEW TIRES. You're getting a full set, not a "they've got some life left in them." This is the low-mileage one. An 11-year-old Suburban should have 130,000+ on it. This has 96,101 about 8,700 miles a year, almost all of it highway. Female owner, non smoker, no kids, no dogs. Super clean. We call her "Kimmy K" because she's got the roomy back. WHAT'S ON IT: - 5.3L V8, 355hp, 4WD FlexFuel (runs E85 or regular) - Tow package hitch and wiring ready to go - Navigation - Heated front seats - Tan leather throughout - 2nd row bench + 3rd row (seats 8) - Rear climate control and 110v outlet - Both key fobs and all original manuals RECENTLY SERVICED: $2,296 of work completed in September. Oil service, full multi-point inspection, and A/C service. I have the itemized invoice and I'll hand it to you it's in the photos. BEING HONEST ABOUT IT: A few scratches. I photographed every one of them (last two pictures) so nothing surprises you in the driveway. Otherwise the body is straight, the paint is clean, and the interior looks like the kids weren't allowed to eat in it and the dogs didn't get it dirty. We don't have kids or dogs...just used for hauling around camera gear. WHY I'M SELLING: Don't need three rows anymore. It's been a great truck and I'd rather it go to someone who'll use it. Located in Paso Robles. Cash or cashiers check. Happy to meet at my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection I'll even set it up. Serious buyers, come look at it. Message me here with questions and we'll set up a time to see it. Answering some questions: The truck just got serviced last week with an oil and filter change, coolant flush and replacement, A/C service with replacement of receiver drier and filters, replace condenser, replace HS and LS Schrader valves, and recharge with R-134A refrigerant. Just replaced tires today.
