BLACKED-OUT, VERSATILE, ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, ONE-OWNER, NONSMOKER, READY FOR ANYTHING! Honda built the Ridgeline for people who want a truck that behaves like a well-mannered SUV all week and still hauls whatever the weekend throws at it, and this 2023 Black Edition in Crystal Black Pearl is the sharpest-dressed version of that idea. It is a one-owner example hovering around the 25,700-mile mark, finished in head-to-toe black with black alloy wheels that make it look as tough as it drives. Power flows to all four wheels through Honda's automatic full-time all-wheel-drive system, backed by an electro-mechanical limited-slip differential. The payoff is confident grip on wet roads, gravel drives, snowy mornings, and boat ramps, along with the kind of planted, stable feel that makes a long highway day less tiring. Behind the crew cab sits a bed that is smarter than it looks, with built-in storage under the floor and a tailgate that opens two different ways, so the Ridgeline is just as ready for a Home Depot run as a tailgate party. Why Shoppers Buy This Model The Ridgeline stands apart from other midsize pickups because it is built like a modern crossover rather than a traditional truck. Its unibody construction delivers a smooth, quiet, car-like ride and sharp, predictable handling, which is exactly why owners who spend most of their time commuting and running errands love it so much. There is no bouncy empty-bed ride and no sense of wrestling a heavy truck around town. It also wins people over with cleverness. The in-bed trunk swallows muddy boots and tailgating gear, and the dual-action tailgate makes loading easy from the side or the back. Shoppers who cross-shop it with rivals such as the Toyota Tacoma and Chevrolet Colorado tend to choose the Ridgeline for comfort, refinement, and everyday usability, and a smooth V6 with a nine-speed automatic transmission keeps the driving experience relaxed and effortless. Automotive Press and Industry Recognition When this generation of Ridgeline debuted, it earned the 2017 NORTH AMERICAN TRUCK OF THE YEAR award, a recognition that helped cement its reputation as the thinking person's pickup. Reviewers have continued to praise it ever since. Edmunds scored the 2023 Ridgeline at 8.5 out of 10, calling out its unique unibody design, its superior ride and handling compared with rivals, its roomy and well-appointed crew cab, and practical touches like the two-way tailgate and in-bed trunk, and noted that owners rate it highly for comfort, reliability, and fuel economy. Warranty This Ridgeline shows 25,671 miles on the odometer. This Ridgeline is STILL COVERED by transferable Honda factory warranty protection, measured from an estimated in-service date of July 2023. Remaining Transferable Factory Coverage Powertrain Limited Warranty -- 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, running through July 2028 with 34,329 miles remaining Protects the major components that make a truck a truck: the V6 engine, the nine-speed automatic transmission, and the drivetrain. Corrosion Perforation Warranty -- 5 years with unlimited miles, running through July 2028 Covers body panels that rust completely through, for added long-term peace of mind. Service records add to the confidence, with regular oil and filter changes at a Honda dealership and a rear brake pad replacement completed in January 2026, so the routine wear items have already been taken care of. Extended service plans are available for owners who want protection beyond these factory terms. Standard Features The Black Edition sits at the top of the Ridgeline lineup, taking the well-equipped feature set Honda's upper trims are known for and dressing it in a monochromatic blackout theme. Black alloy wheels, a black grille, black side window trim, black bodyside cladding, and a Crystal Black Pearl finish give it a presence that no other Ridgeline trim quite matches. Inside, buyers get a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, an eight-way adjustable >
