I am selling my sister's 2019 Nissan Altima SR as she moved out of the country and I live in San Francisco and do not have readily available parking/have very little use for the car. The car has 57,344 miles on it and we are the original owners. The car was leased from Nissan and paid off, I have the signed title in hand, ready to transfer ownership. The car is parked at my friend's place in Castro Valley, so all showings will have to be there. (10 minute walk from BART station) Pros: The car has a clean title and is in PRISTINE mechanical condition, as in everything works. She drove the car, but I maintained it. It was serviced at Nissan, then had regular oil changes, with the next one required in about 1,500 miles (For some reason CarFax is not reporting one oil change done at 47,*** miles) 2.5L 4-Cylinder (Front-Wheel Drive): 37 MPG highway (27 city / 31 combined) Ideal for commuting The car is registered till February 2027 The car drives perfectly, steering is true, and the car had an alignment fairly recently. The interior is in excellent shape for a 7 year old car, with one minor tear in the driver's side seat. (shown in the provided pictures) No stains, smells or other damage. Carpets and original floor mats are clean, as is the headliner No major dings or dents on the body panels CarFax: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o80nZJHeq8K1Mz0tpXCay8GKqEVytk5R/view?usp=sharing Cons: Exterior: Passenger side front wheel has curb rash (can be seen in provided images) Paint is has some scratches, but overall acceptable for a 7 year old car 2 Minor accidents, worst result was some dents and scratches that were professionally repaired https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W9XVcqF-sAvYdOd-b5lB-fS3UjQkQLAY/view?usp=sharing Interior: Driver's side seat has a small tear, approximately 2 inches long (can be seen in provided images)
