This Moonrock Silver Metallic Passat over a Cornsilk Beige interior comes with one key and the original owner's manual books, and a history we want you to read in full before you visit. *?? WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY GETTING* ? Dealer Certified Pre-Owned: passed our multi-point inspection ? OBDII scan: the scan photos included with this listing show all drive monitors completed with no pending or stored trouble codes, so you can read the results yourself ? CARFAX: personal vehicle, 2 owners, both in Georgia, with 39 service records on file ? Serviced by our own service team at Duluth Auto Service & Imports on 10/09/2026: front and rear brake pads replaced, drive belt and serpentine belt replaced, valve cover gasket replaced, door lock actuator and door lock replaced or repaired, headlight replaced, window switch replaced, oil and filter change, and a pre-delivery inspection ? Also documented within the past year: tire(s) replaced (12/2025). CARFAX does not say how many tires. ? Estimated value of the documented work from the last 12 months: roughly *$1,750 to $3,850* (our estimate at dealer-level rates, since CARFAX does not report actual costs) ? EPA-approved TDI emissions modification completed 10/18/2017 (per CARFAX) ? One key and the original owner's manual books ? Exterior: Moonrock Silver Metallic | Interior: Cornsilk Beige *?? REAL VALUE* We cross-checked five sources before putting a number on this Passat, and they do not agree, so here is the range. The market average for comparable cars is *$6,453*, Kelley Blue Book's typical listing price is *$6,100*, and the CARFAX retail value for this car's history is *$6,850*. The J.D. Power retail book is higher at *$8,988*. Seven comparable 2012 Passat TDI SE diesels with 116,537 to 140,727 miles are listed anywhere from *$3,500 to $9,987* (asking prices, with a median of *$6,900*). Book values and comparable cars describe vehicles without this car's accident record, and CARFAX is the one source that accounts for it, so we use CARFAX as our ceiling and Kelley Blue Book as our floor. That puts market value at roughly *$6,100 to $6,850*. Now add what you are not going to have to buy: ? Recent documented service (estimate): *$1,750 to $3,850* ? 5-Year Maintenance Plan: *$2,500* value ? Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan coverage: *$300* retail value *Total value in this vehicle: roughly $10,650 to $13,500.* Those additions are future money, not decoration. The brakes, belts, valve cover gasket, and tires are already bought and paid for, so they are not on your first-year repair list. The 5-Year Maintenance Plan covers 25 oil changes plus radiator service, AC service, and engine diagnostics at a discount, with no year or mileage cap, spread across the years you drive this car. The Quality Plus coverage means an engine or transmission problem comes with up to $1,500 in coverage behind it instead of arriving as a surprise bill. A cheaper car can cost more over three years once deferred service and an unprotected powertrain catch up with it. Before you decide, we encourage you to compare total value, not just sticker price. Price is only what you pay, but value is what you get. Market pricing can change, and we're always happy to provide a more current market pricing report on request. Our goal is that you never overpay and that you receive as much value as poss>
