It's with great regret that we are selling our trusty 2008 Volvo XC70 AWD wagon, named Helvetica. We are ending our road trip here in Colorado and unfortunately we can't take her with us. This has been a fantastic road-trip car: comfortable, safe, practical, and capable in all weather. Mechanically, it is in excellent condition, and the interior and exterior are in good shape for its age. It spent its life in California before our trip, so the underside is extremely clean with no rust underneath. There is one small bubble on the roof near the sunroof, which is shown in the photos. I've also included a photo of the underside which has absolutely no rust. The previous owners were in Santa Cruz, California, and maintained the car very well at a Volvo specialist. We are the second owners as the previous owners leased then purchased it. We have also taken good care of it. Many of the common maintenance items on these XC70s have already been addressed, and these cars are known to go 300,000+ miles when properly maintained. This XC70 is well-equipped and includes: All wheel driver (AWD) Thule roof racks (worth ~$500) Leather seats Front AND rear heated seats Sunroof Front and rear parking sensors Power rear hatch (opens automatically with button on key fob or by pulling handle once) Tow hitch Routine maintenance completed within the past year includes: Falken all-terrain tires with less than 10,000 miles Rear rotors and pads replaced Front brakes and rotors inspected and in good condition Air filter and cabin filter replaced Spark plugs replaced Rear differential fluid replaced Haldex fluid replaced Bevel gear oil replaced Transmission fluid replaced by shop Synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles Next oil change due in about 1,000 miles Common XC70 maintenance items have also been addressed recently, including: Vacuum pump seal Accessory drive couplers Rear hatch motor I have receipts for most of the recent work and can provide them upon request.
