===== 2019 Volkswagen Golf R 4Motion: 6-Speed Manual, Tornado Red, DCC, Navigation, and 19-Inch Spielberg Wheels ===== This *2019 Volkswagen Golf R 4Motion* is finished in *Tornado Red* over a *Black/Titanium Black interior* and pairs Volkswagen's turbocharged 2.0-liter engine with the enthusiast-favorite *6-speed manual transmission and 4Motion all-wheel drive*. Factory equipment includes *Adaptive Chassis Control DCC, Driving Profile Selection, 19-inch Spielberg wheels, navigation, Vienna leather, premium sport seats, adaptive cruise control, Blind Spot Monitor, Lane Assist, LED lighting, front and rear parking sensors, and a rear-view camera*. For someone looking for a performance car that can genuinely serve as an everyday vehicle, the Golf R remains one of the most complete formulas available. ==== Manual, Turbocharged, and All-Wheel Drive ==== At the center of this Golf R is Volkswagen's *2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder producing 215 kW, approximately 288 horsepower*, paired with a *6-speed manual gearbox*. Power is delivered through Volkswagen's all-wheel-drive system, giving the Golf R the traction and all-weather capability that separate it from a conventional hot hatch. The manual transmission is particularly important here. It provides a level of involvement that has become increasingly difficult to find in modern all-wheel-drive performance cars. You get three pedals, turbocharged power, all-wheel-drive traction, and the practicality of a four-door hatchback. ==== Adaptive Chassis Control DCC ==== This car is equipped with *Adaptive Chassis Control DCC with Driving Profile Selection*. DCC allows the suspension behavior to change depending on the selected driving mode, giving the Golf R a wider range of personalities than a fixed-suspension performance car. It can remain comfortable enough for commuting and longer trips while offering a firmer, more responsive setup when the road becomes interesting. Combined with the Golf R's progressive steering, electronic differential control, sport suspension hardware, and all-wheel-drive system, the result is a car designed to deliver performance without sacrificing everyday usability. ==== Tornado Red and Spielberg Wheels ==== *Tornado Red* is an ideal color for the Golf R, giving the understated hatchback shape significantly more presence without becoming excessive. The exterior is complemented by factory *19-inch Spielberg alloy wheels with a diamond-turned finish*, black mirror housings, R-specific bumpers and sill extensions, a body-color rear spoiler, and the Golf R's signature quad exhaust outlets. Black brake calipers with R logos complete the performance-oriented exterior. ==== A Proper Everyday Performance Car ==== One of the Golf R's biggest strengths is how much equipment and practicality are packed into a relatively compact package. Factory equipment includes: 6-speed manual transmission 4Motion all-wheel drive Adaptive Chassis Control DCC Driving Profile Selection Progressive steering 19-inch Spielberg alloy wheels Premium sport seats Vienna leather seating surfaces Heated front seats Dual-zone automatic climate control Keyless Entry Navigation Active Info Display digital instrumentation App-Connect smartphone integration Adaptive cruise control Blind Spot Monitor Plus Rear Traffic Alert Lane Assist Forward Collision Warning Autonomous Emergency Braking Front and rear Park Distance Control Rear-view camera LED headlights Dynamic cornering lights LED taillights High Beam Assist Premium audio system with subwoofer This is the appeal of the Golf R in one package: serious performance hardware wit>
