This is actually a very nice car right here! This 2012 Nissan Versa 1.8 S hatchback comes to us straight from our friends at Nationwide Nissan making it another well-serviced trade from an established dealer relationship. Buying through our trusted network gets us better vehicles with far better histories and this one is a true 1-owner car that was kept by the same owner for over 14 years. Miles yea it matters and this Versa has exceptionally low miles for a 2012 model averaging barely over 6 200 miles per year. The little extra money you spend for a low-mileage car is far less than the cost of maintaining a higher-mileage vehicle every single time. It has been driven gently and cared for with pride since day one. The Carfax shows an astounding 45 service records and we definitely want to emphasize the REGULAR OIL CHANGES performed right on schedule throughout its entire life. Plenty of significant maintenance has already been completed so you won't have to worry including routine fluid flushes brake services fresh drive belts and fresh oil. Buying a 1-owner car with this level of documented care can easily save you thousands down the road. The Versa 5-door hatchback is well known for offering fantastic fuel economy impressive headroom and surprisingly generous cargo space with split-folding rear seats. It makes for an ideal commuter or daily runabout that is easy to park and easy on your wallet at the pump. You will notice a minor damage report on the Carfax back in 2018. Whenever a report mentions minor cosmetic items we heavily examine each vehicle to make sure any repairs were done properly and that the vehicle sits in great shape. Inside out and mechanically too this little hatchback looks rides and drives great. We sell nice vehicles and this is certainly one of them! Remember no $900+ processing fee like you'll almost always find at other dealerships! Ours is only $129!
