With only 40,528 original miles, this is not your typical 1997 Taurus. The vehicle remains in remarkable, near-factory condition inside and out. The interior is exceptionally clean and well preserved and still has that unmistakable new car feel. For a vehicle approaching 30 years old, its overall condition is extremely difficult to duplicate. Powered by a dependable 3.0L V6 engine paired with a 4-Speed Automatic transmission and Front-Wheel Drive, this Taurus provides a smooth, comfortable driving experience with a spacious passenger compartment and large trunk. Extensive Preventive Maintenance & Service: Before being offered for sale, this Taurus received a comprehensive professional mechanical service at a technical repair facility in Chicago, Illinois. The vehicle was serviced beyond what would normally be expected at its current mileage, including maintenance associated with the factory 75,000-mile service interval. Recent service includes: * Brand-New Tires * Fresh Engine Oil & Filter * New Spark Plug Kit * New Belts * New Air & Engine Filters * Fluids Checked & Serviced * Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance * Professional Mechanical Inspection & Service * 75,000-Mile Recommended Maintenance Performed Ahead of Schedule Following the service, the vehicle was personally driven from Chicago, Illinois to Minnesota, providing an excellent real-world highway test after completion of the maintenance. Vehicle History & Condition: This vehicle holds a REBUILT TITLE due to previous HAIL DAMAGE ONLY. There was NO COLLISION DAMAGE. It also comes with an exceptional CARFAX history and currently shows only 40,528 miles. Priced at just $5,784 (+ Minnesota taxes and other applicable fees), this is a rare opportunity to own an exceptionally preserved, very low-mileage example that has already received extensive preventive maintenance.
