This van has a lot of life left in it and we want to see it go to a someone who will use it more than we have. The small business that I work for bought it in April 2025 with 95,938 miles, with the anticipation that they would need it. It is a 2012 Ford E-350 XLT 15-passenger van with a 5.4L V8 engine and rear wheel drive. The seats and carpet are in good shape, and the rear bench seats are removable if needed. The glass is clean with no cracks or chips, and it has an aftermarket radio with a backup camera and Bluetooth connectivity. It also has an aftermarket tow hitch with an electric brake controller. The GVWR for this van is 9100 pounds. After the business bought the vehicle, they spent a little over $1,500 to have the oil and filter changed, new wiper blades put on, new front sway bar bushings, new rear diff fluid, and new tires. Yep, you heard that correct. It has new tires with less than 300 miles on them. Oh, and it has a new Interstate battery that was installed in March of this year, and the tabs are good until next March. Even better, the tabs are only $62/year. It turns out that we did not need it like we thought we would, and then the transmission went out at 96,195 miles. Kennedy Transmission looked at it and determined that 4th gear went out and estimated $5K to rebuild the transmission. The vehicle does drive, but doesn't go over 40 MPH. When it gets to 40, it needs to coast until it slows to 20 MPH, then the transmission works again and you can get it back up to 40 MPH. The only other thing that we know is inoperable is the front passenger door power lock. The door does lock manually, just the power lock is not working. The MN title is clean with no liens. Considering the transmission repair that needs to be done, we are asking $9,800, which is well below the KBB value for this van. We will only accept cash or a cashier's check. This van can be viewed by appointment in Eden Prairie. Thank you for your interest.
