FOR SALE 1997 Ford F-350 4-Door Crew Cab Dually Long Bed, 7.3L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel, automatic transmission, clean title. I purchased this truck in early 1998 and have owned and cared for it for the past 29 years. It currently shows 221,000 miles, averaging about 7,600 miles per year. In recent years, I invested substantial time and money into extensively rebuilding and reconditioning the engine and other major mechanical systems. The engine was removed, fully disassembled, inspected, cleaned, serviced, and heavily reconditioned, with worn or questionable parts replaced as needed before reassembly. The cylinder heads were professionally serviced by a machine shop, including pressure testing, crack/warpage inspection, resurfacing as needed, valve-seat work, new valves, valve stem seals, valve springs, and new injector sleeves/cups. Major work was also completed on the HPOP and high-pressure oil system, low-pressure oil pump, IPR, ICP sensor, oil cooler, injectors and seals, front cover, engine seals, turbocharger, cooling system, A/C, brakes, and power steering. The turbocharger was completely refurbished/reconditioned, and numerous pumps, sensors, seals, gaskets, bearings, and related components were replaced. The truck is mechanically strong and ready to drive. The remaining restoration is mainly cosmetic: exterior paint is in poor condition and the interior needs upholstery work. This is a great opportunity for someone who appreciates classic OBS Fords and wants to finish the cosmetic restoration with much of the expensive mechanical work already completed. For more mechanical information please contact me. Asking $19,500. Reasonable offers considered. No lowball offers. Serious inquiries only. For serious inquiries, please contact me first by text at **********, email at *****@********, or leave a voice message. I am happy to speak by phone with interested buyers, but I prefer an initial message so I can avoid the high volume of spam calls.
