2WD Regular Cab DRW Super Duty

Spider

8-Cylinder Turbo

Diesel

2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty chassis cab with a cube/box body. 6.0L Power Stroke diesel, automatic, dual rear wheels, 2WD. 218,000 miles. Clean Tennessee title, 2-owner truck. THE SHORT VERSION: Runs and drives well. AC/heat works well. No mechanical issues known other than the wheel bearing described below. New batteries and tires. HISTORY: Originally a fire-safety company's service truck and maintained on a schedule (service records are on the Carfax). I'm the second owner, bought it May 2024, and have only put a few hundred miles on it since. Runs and drives. RECENT WORK: Inspected and serviced by a retired certified Ford mechanic in October 2026 (invoice available). New battery (Oct 2026). Tires purchased 2 years ago with only about 500 miles on them. Fresh diesel, ready to go. THE BOX: The whole box is insulated with R3 foam board, floor, walls and ceiling. I lived in it one winter and it stayed warm. Wood floors are in, with beadboard wainscot and a tongue-and-groove ceiling. Rear roll-up door with a window. A solid head start on a tiny home, camper conversion, mobile workshop, or a dry insulated cargo box for a contractor or delivery route. Interior needs some finishing work. THINGS TO KNOW (photos of all of them): An opening was cut in the roof for an RV roof vent; the fan has since been removed, leaving a hole in the roof. A heavy tarp has been fixed over the roof for 2 years with zero leaks. Leave the tarp on, or install the vent and finish it. Rear door latch is falling off and does not latch; door still rolls up and down. Wheel bearings need replacing, quoted at about $380 parts and labor, which I declined because I'm selling. Frame and underbody have NO RUST (see underside photos). PRICE: $8,500 or best offer. Cash or cashier's check, sold as-is. Clean title in hand, no lien. Located in McEwen, TN, about an hour west of Nashville off I-40. Serious buyers welcome to inspect and bring a mechanic. No trades, no financing. Buyer arranges transport.
