Very Clean 2007 STI. It has a huge list of mods and maintenance. All using OEM parts for maintenance and the top quality aftermarket parts for mods. I can provide a detailed list (not enough space to post it here). Within the last 10k miles it has had every single important maintenance service (including some I did just because), as I intended to keep this car forever. It has all belts, pulleys, idlers, etc replaced including timing. It has new OEM AC Compressor and Alternator. IMPORTANT NOTE: For those familiar with tuning. This is a very rare option to buy as I have an install file for AccessTuner Pro to go with the Accessports (I have 2). That is the software that can apply all of the old custom feaures and remove CELs, tune for Flex Fuel etc. This is all of the good stuff pre-EPA restrictions and its the Professional version of the software, not the consumer version that never had some of those features. The car also comes with several free items worth about $3k. Price is negotiable but the free stuff is not included.
