===== 2014 Porsche Boxster S: Rhodium Silver, Carrera Red Natural Leather, PDK, Sport Chrono, and 1-Owner History ===== This *2014 Porsche Boxster S* is finished in *Rhodium Silver Metallic* over a striking *Carrera Red Natural Leather interior* and carries an original MSRP of *$84,440*. The factory specification is excellent: *Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK), Sport Chrono Package, 20-inch Carrera S wheels, SportDesign steering wheel, 14-way Power Sport Seats, BOSE Surround Sound, Bi-Xenon headlights with PDLS, Premium Package, and an exterior-color supplemental roll bar*. Just as important is the history. CARFAX shows this as a *1-owner personal vehicle with 22 service records and no accidents or damage reported*, backed by more than a decade of documented maintenance, much of it performed by the same Porsche dealer. ==== Why the 981 Boxster S Is So Good ==== The 981-generation Boxster is one of Porsche's best modern sports-car platforms. With its mid-engine layout, low seating position, balanced chassis, and naturally aspirated flat-six mounted directly behind the driver, the 981 delivers a level of immediacy and balance that gives it a very different personality from a 911. The Boxster S adds more performance while retaining the light, responsive character that makes the platform so enjoyable. With the top down, the flat-six sits directly behind the cabin, making the engine sound and throttle response a major part of the driving experience. ==== PDK and Sport Chrono ==== This car combines *PDK with the factory Sport Chrono Package*, one of the strongest combinations for a 981 Boxster S. PDK delivers exceptionally quick gear changes while retaining full manual control through the *SportDesign steering wheel*. Sport Chrono further sharpens the character of the car and gives the driver access to a more performance-oriented setup when desired. The result is a Boxster that can be relaxed and easy to drive around town, then immediately become a serious back-road sports car. ==== Rhodium Silver Over Carrera Red ==== The color combination is one of the highlights. *Rhodium Silver Metallic* is understated and elegant, while the *Carrera Red Natural Leather interior* completely changes the personality of the car once you open the door. This is not simply red seating surfaces. The car was ordered with Porsche's *Natural Leather interior*, giving the cabin a richer and more premium presentation than a standard interior. The factory supplemental roll bar was also painted in the exterior color, tying the open-top design together visually. ==== Strong Factory Specification ==== This Boxster S was ordered with the options that matter: Porsche Doppelkupplung PDK Sport Chrono Package 20-inch Carrera S wheels SportDesign steering wheel 14-way Power Sport Seats Carrera Red Natural Leather interior Premium Package BOSE Surround Sound System Bi-Xenon headlights with PDLS Exterior-color supplemental roll bar Colored Porsche crest wheel center caps It is a specification that balances performance, appearance, and comfort without feeling overloaded. ==== Exceptional Ownership and Service History ==== The CARFAX history is a major strength. The report shows: CARFAX 1-owner vehicle Personal vehicle history More than 12 years of ownership 22 service history records No accidents or damage reported No total loss reported No structural damage reported No airbag deployment reported No indication of odometer rollback No open recalls reported CARFAX estimates the original owner kept the car for approximately *12 years and 4 months*. Even better, much of the mainten>
