===== 2010 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S: Sport Exhaust, Sport Chrono, Carbon Package, Guards Red Details, PDK ===== This *2010 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Coupe* is a seriously optioned 997.2 finished in *Black over Black Full Leather*, with an original MSRP of *$127,070* and a factory build sheet packed with exactly the kind of equipment Porsche enthusiasts look for. The highlights include *Sport Exhaust, Sport Chrono Package Plus, PDK, Carbon Package, Adaptive Sport Seats, 19-inch Carrera Sport wheels, BOSE, navigation, heated seats, heated steering wheel, Guards Red instrument dials, Guards Red seat belts, illuminated carbon-fiber door sills, carbon rear center console, and extensive factory deviated stitching throughout the cabin*. This is not a basic C4S with a few convenience options. It was configured to feel special every time you open the door. ==== Why the 997.2 Carrera 4S Is So Desirable ==== The 997.2 sits in one of the strongest positions in modern 911 history. You get the compact proportions and hydraulic-steering feel of the 997 generation, combined with the updated direct-injection flat-six and PDK transmission introduced with the second-generation cars. The Carrera 4S adds *widebody rear styling and an all-wheel-drive chassis*, giving it considerably more visual presence than a standard Carrera while keeping the naturally aspirated character enthusiasts love. It is fast enough to feel properly modern, but still small, communicative, and mechanical compared with newer generations. ==== Sport Exhaust and Sport Chrono ==== Two of the car's most important options are available from the factory. The *Sport Exhaust System* gives the naturally aspirated flat-six a much more aggressive soundtrack when opened up, while still settling down during normal driving. *Sport Chrono Package Plus* sharpens the car's responses and works particularly well with PDK, giving the driver access to a more aggressive transmission and throttle strategy when desired. Together, they transform the car's personality. ==== A Cabin That Was Actually Customized ==== The interior specification is where this C4S really sets itself apart. Porsche's factory option list includes *deviated-color stitching* across multiple areas of the cabin: Front and rear seats Dashboard Door panels Door handles Side center console Rear side panels Then Porsche added: Guards Red instrument dials Guards Red Sport Chrono timer Guards Red seat belts Carbon Interior Package Carbon rear center console Illuminated carbon-fiber door-entry guards Black Full Leather Adaptive Sport Seats Heated seats Heated steering wheel The result is a black interior with a much more bespoke feel than the typical monochromatic 997 cabin. ==== Strong Factory Specification ==== This Carrera 4S was ordered with an unusually complete mix of performance, luxury, and cosmetic options: Porsche Doppelkupplung PDK Sport Exhaust System Sport Chrono Package Plus Adaptive Sport Seats 19-inch Carrera Sport wheels Carbon Package Carbon rear center console Guards Red instrument dials Guards Red Sport Chrono timer Guards Red seat belts Illuminated carbon door-entry guards Deviated stitching throughout the interior Black Full Leather Heated front seats Heated steering wheel BOSE High End Sound Package Navigation Bluetooth XM Radio Universal Audio Interface Self-dimming mirrors This is exactly the kind of option list that makes one 997.2 feel substantially more special than another. ==== CARFAX and Service History ==== The CARFAX report shows: 19 service histo>
