The SV trim sits above the base S, adding a meaningful suite of features that make daily operation more comfortable and connected. The black exterior gives it a clean, professional appearance whether you're making deliveries, hauling tools, or running service calls across San Diego County. At just over 105,000 miles, this van has clearly been used as intended but that's not necessarily a red flag. The NV200 platform is engineered for high-mileage commercial use, and many of these vans keep running strong well past 150,000 to 200,000 miles with proper maintenance. Buyers shopping for a used cargo van in San Diego, California will find this is a realistic, well-priced entry point into a dependable workhorse. ===== 2021 Nissan NV200 Performance and Engine ===== Under the hood, this NV200 runs a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine paired with Nissan's CVT with Xtronic technology. This front-wheel-drive setup is purpose-built for urban and suburban commercial use exactly the kind of stop-and-go driving that defines most cargo van routes in and around San Diego. The CVT transmission delivers smooth, seamless power delivery, which translates to lower driver fatigue on long days and better fuel efficiency compared to traditional automatic transmissions. While the NV200 isn't designed to tow heavy loads, it handles cargo weight and urban maneuverability exceptionally well. Its compact footprint means easy parking in tight commercial zones, loading docks, and crowded neighborhoods where full-size vans simply can't go. ===== Nissan NV200 SV Features and Interior ===== The SV trim on the NV200 adds genuine value over the base model. Inside, you'll find amenities designed to support a working driver's day, including Bluetooth connectivity, a rearview camera, power windows and locks, and air conditioning features that may seem standard but make a real difference during long shifts in San Diego's warm climate. ==== Cargo Area ==== The cargo area is where the NV200 truly earns its keep. With roughly 122 cubic feet of cargo space, bulkhead-ready configuration, and a flat load floor, the van is easy to organize and load efficiently. Sliding side doors on both sides improve access in tight spaces, and the low load floor height reduces strain during loading and unloading a detail that daily drivers genuinely appreciate. ==== Driver Comfort ==== The driver's area is straightforward and functional. The seating position is upright and commanding, visibility is good for a cargo van, and the controls are logically laid out. If you're spending eight or more hours a day behind the wheel, the NV200 SV's cabin is a reasonable place to do it. ===== Nissan NV200 Reliability and Ownership ===== The NV200 has earned a reputation as one of the more dependable compact cargo vans on the market. Nissan built this platform with commercial buyers in mind, which means durability and low cost of ownership were baked in from the start. Owners frequently report that routine maintenance oil changes, brakes, tires is straightforward and affordable, and that the vans hold up well under the demands of daily commercial use.
