1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie SLT 4-dr Quad Cab 4x4 with the legendary 5.9L 24-valve Cummins turbo diesel; 109,663 Miles. This is a very clean, largely original, unmodified 2nd-generation Cummins. $26,900 OBO. Specifications 5.9L 24-valve Cummins turbo diesel 4-speed auto-transmission with overdrive 4-wheel drive Quad Cab, Suicide doors Rear sliding back window Standard/short bed with spray-in bed liner Laramie SLT trim Factory-rated 215 hp / 420 lb-ft torque Receiver hitches (front and back) 5th-wheel towing capable with Reese HD Sliding hitch included (easily removable) Factory-style chrome wheels and trim Original cloth interior Good original steering wheel No performance modifications Original owner's manual Condition The truck is in very good overall condition for its age and presents extremely well. The red/two-tone exterior still has very good shine, the chrome is in good condition, and there is no visible rust. The original interior is exceptionally clean for a 99 truck. Front and rear seats are in excellent condition with no major tears or excessive wear. Carpeting and door panels are also clean and well preserved. The engine compartment remains largely stock and original. Known Imperfections The dashboard is cracked, which is common on 2nd-generation Dodge Rams. Side heated mirrors don't heat. There is a localized dent/crease on the driver's-side rear cab corner from the truck making contact with a 5th-wheel trailer. There is some paint damage in that area. Picture included. Normal minor cosmetic wear consistent with a well-maintained 1999 truck. These items are reflected in the asking price. Why This Truck Is Special Finding a 2nd-generation Cummins that hasn't been heavily modified, lifted, tuned or worn out is becoming increasingly difficult. This truck has only 109,663 miles, remains essentially stock, has a remarkably clean original interior, good paint and chrome, and no visible rust. More pics available upon request. Truck runs smooth & strong!
