The 2024 Acura Integra A-Spec with Technology Package brings back one of the most recognizable names in Acura history, combining turbocharged performance, sharp styling, and a surprisingly practical five-door liftback design. Finished in sophisticated Liquid Carbon Metallic over a Black leatherette and microsuede-trimmed interior, this Integra represents one of the most desirable configurations in the lineup. An important note about its history: This Integra was reacquired by Acura under California's Lemon Law following a customer concern involving stiff steering. Acura has since remedied the steering concern, and the vehicle comes with an additional 12-month/12,000-mile manufacturer warranty covering the repaired concern. This is a manufacturer buyback, not a salvage vehicle, and it remains eligible for financing. The Integra name first appeared in 1986, quickly establishing a reputation for combining Honda's engineering expertise with Acura's more sophisticated approach to performance. When Acura revived the nameplate for 2023 after a lengthy absence, the company resisted the temptation to create another conventional compact luxury sedan. Instead, it returned to the formula that made the original Integra special: an engaging front-wheel-drive chassis, an efficient high-revving engine, and the everyday usefulness of a hatchback. Under the hood sits a 1.5-liter turbocharged VTEC four-cylinder producing 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission featuring steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, the Integra delivers responsive acceleration without demanding a sacrifice in fuel economy. Its turbocharged engine produces peak torque across a broad portion of the rev range, making it particularly enjoyable in everyday driving. The A-Spec package gives this Integra a decidedly more athletic personality. Its aggressive front fascia, gloss-black exterior accents, distinctive 18-inch alloy wheels, rear spoiler, and dual exhaust finishers provide a visual connection to Acura's performance heritage. Liquid Carbon Metallic is especially well suited to these details, revealing subtle metallic depth in sunlight while taking on a darker, more understated appearance in the shade. Inside, the Technology Package transforms the Integra from a stylish sport compact into a genuinely sophisticated premium car. The Black microsuede and leatherette-trimmed sport seats combine supportive bolstering with contrasting stitching, giving the cabin an upscale appearance without abandoning its performance character. A 12-way power-adjustable driver's seat with memory, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an available range of driving modes help make the Integra equally comfortable on longer journeys. One of the highlights is the remarkable 16-speaker ELS Studio 3D premium audio system, developed with Grammy-winning recording engineer Elliot Scheiner. It's an unusually ambitious sound system for a compact car, designed to deliver an immersive listening experience. A 9-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless smartphone charging, a fully digital instrument display, and a head-up display complete an impressive technology package. There's substance beneath the sporty appearance, too. The Technology Package includes an Adaptive Damper System that adjusts suspension characteristics according to the selected driving mode. Acura's Integrated Dynamics System allows the driver to tailor the vehicle's responses, offering a more relaxed character for commuting or a sharper personality when the road becomes interesting. Adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, collision mitigation braking, blind-spot monitoring, and front and rear parking sensors add useful assistance in everyday traffic. Perhaps the Integra's most underrated feature is its versatility. The sw>
