Zero Rust. Almost entirely highway miles. Was originally Dealer-Proofed by Bill Huett (God rest his soul) at PowerStroke Specialties in Buford, GA at 111,000 miles (head studs, O-ringed heads, Mishimoto radiator, EGR bypass, and MBRP turbo back exhaust. Transmission was rebuilt with a stage 1 kit by A1 Transmission in Flowery Branch, GA at 154,911 miles. Recently work at Elite Automotive &amp; Diesel in Bashor, KS: replaced the O-ringed Heads, head gaskets, new Motorcraft fuel injectors, glow plugs and glow-plug harness, KC Turbos stage 1 turbo, and billet water pump. Recently replaced ball joints, front unit hubs, new Warn locking hubs, brake rotors and calipers. The entire A/C systems has been replaced/repaired in the past few months. Air Bags in the rear for towing. Factory wheels were cleaned up and powder coated satin black. The Arizona Beige paint has been redone about 4 years ago. All fresh fluids and ready to roll. This has been our road trip vehicle the past 6 years and has been from the Colorado Rockies to the beaches of Florida several times. The only reason I am selling this one is because we have another Excursion with the 7.3 that I have been slowly refurbishing to keep because it is the same Toreador Red as my 2001 F-250 that also has the 7.3. You will be challenged to find an Excursion with the 6.0 in better condition.
