Fun, sporty, and well-maintained, this 2013 MINI Cooper S Paceman is the ultimate city zippy car that still delivers a comfortable ride and 2630 MPG. With its distinctive styling and agile handling, it offers a stylish, fun alternative to your everyday car. And even better, it's so easy to park. Comfort & Features: The interior is well-appointed and well-kept. No smoking or smells. It's ready for all seasons, featuring leather seats, heated seats, automatic rain-sensing wipers, tinted windows, and a power sunroof with a retractable sunshade. It's Bluetooth compatible with on-steering wheel calling capabilities and includes a charging/audio cable and phone mount. There's a lot more storage room than you expect. I can pack Costco groceries and/or lots of supplies in this car. The back seat holds my teens comfortably. Proactive Maintenance & Upgrades: In the four years I've owned it, I've put immense care into preventative maintenance, specifically addressing the known common failure points on the N18 engine. Oil changes have been done every 3-5,000 miles. Major work includes: *111,902 mi: Replaced valve cover (including the integrated PCV valve and membrane) *116,935 mi: Brand new Michelin CrossClimate2 all-season tires (backed by a 60,000-mile warranty) *~120,000 mi (June 2024): Battery replaced *121,945 mi: Replaced rear main seal *121,971 mi: Replaced thermostat housing and coolant pipe + full coolant flush *122,976 mi: Replaced oil filter housing and gasket Maintenance records available (from when I purchased the car at 111K miles). Cosmetic Disclosure: There is a small ding on the tailgate from a runaway grocery cart, as well as a minor dent in the right rear bumper near the tail light (both clearly shown in photos). Overall, this is a distinctive, practical, and exceptionally cared-for MINI that is ready for your commute or errands around town. All the expensive preventative work has already been done for you!
